That may very well be true. This show was a comedy masterpiece. I smile just thinking about it.

One of the sexiest scenes in the show's history. I was never a Maggie fan, but I loved Shelly!

I remember watching this episode. I’ve erased the episode or else I could describe precisely why Shelly started singing the answer to Maggies’ question, it had to do with her dealing with Fleishmans’ behaviour towards her. She’s expecting a change from him & Shelly’s basically saying that Dr.Fleishman is the way he is & always will be that way => & she needs to except that. That’s all I can recall at the moment.

I think Shelly is pregnant and woke up one day and could only sing, could not talk. Shelly sang the whole show...

Remake of the late Al Wilson 1968 song that went to # 29 (Hot 100) (former Soul City Records).

Reminds me of the Wolf and the Scorpion story. Only difference is that in that one, they both die (both the scorpion and the wolf) because the scorpion can't help but sting him. It's his nature. But he does it too soon; while the wolf is swimming across the river.

Oh God, do we have to turn everything political? This was one of my favorite moments on television. I love this show so much. But especially Shelly Tambo. But I get it. There are people that come into our lives that are toxic. But we knew who we were when we " took them in".

A great version of Oscar Brown Jr.'s song. Not quite as good as Oscar's version, but much better than Donald Trump's butchering of the song.
