Lost & Found is my fave on the album BUT (and I'm not sure I've told you this before, I may have) I have an "it's real for us" tattoo which I consider to be like, 90% a HP tattoo and 10% a Lauren Fairweather tattoo because I could never quite decide what I wanted my HP tattoo to be until you released that song
I have been out of the wrock loop for quite a while, stopped playing guitar, stopped booking, stopped listening to albums, just sort of fell out of this community I loved for no real reason. Every now and then I get the itch to go find an old song I love, or to play through a setlist, but its always pretty fleeting. This video really gave me inspiration, and really made me feel connected to the community again. It's like you're flagging me down, saying, "Hey! We're still here! Come home!"
Home is just gorgeous and gave me goosebumps! You are so RIDDIKULUSLY talented Lauren and it's a privilege to watch your videos/ be one of your newer patreons :)
Nerve is totally my favourite song, but Making History is a close second. That one feels like the part of my life that I'm just entering. I loved hearing the stories behind each song and your choice for the ordering of the songs.
One of my favourite things about watching your career is how much you've developed your voice and production quality from album to album. This one is obviously the best produced, but not only that-it's also so well balanced. The day you sent out the digital downloads I listened to it and literally danced around my living room for the first time in SO LONG. It also fully made me cry a few times. The album genuinely captured the felling of being at LeakyCon somehow? Also, even songs like Home and Math that I've listened to so many times were so great when fully mixed and put in just the perfect order. Anyways, I'm super proud of you and even listening to the clips in this video made me emotional again :')
I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve listened to the album since I got the digital version, but it was super cool to hear a little more about each song. I was especially wondering what the story was behind Happy Song so thanks for sharing!

I have my physical copy of the album!!! It’s so so amazing. I can’t think of a favorite track. They’re all so good! I think “with you whatever happens” really speaks to me bc it’s also one of my favorite moments in the series, and it really shows how your friends always have your back. It’s really special. But gosh I love them all so much!!

Very late to the party, but I finally got a chance to listen to your new album. All the songs are terrific. :) My favorites are probably the classics, just because I associate so much positivity and fond memories with them. I'm thinking of Math, Happy Song, and Home. I also can't help but really love the bonus track... it's one of those songs that's so emotional and fun live. It immediately makes me smile, and I love that I have a live version now. I do love Hufflepuff too though... not at all biased there ;)
Laurennn this video made me cry 😅 I’ve been listening to the album nonstop ever since I listened to it at midnight the day it was released. You’ve been my favorite artist for years and I don’t really have the words to say how much your music has meant to me for so long (I hope sobbing with abandon at all of your shows does the talking for me, lol). I am completely in love with every song on this album and am so happy that you got the chance to do such high-quality recordings of all of them, especially Lost and Found and Nevertheless, I Persisted!! I saw you and Nina at the Yule Ball in Boston last year and the fact that there’s a studio recording of this song makes me SO HAPPY, and I’ve cried a lot listening to Lost and Found because I’m very familiar with the feeling of almost-but-not-quite being friends with the people around you so I‘m happy to have a Luna-focused song. My favorite new(er) song off this album is With You Whatever Happens, hands down, with Hufflepuff coming in at a close second (I asked my mom for the shirt for Christmas ;) ). It’s not like a lot of music you’ve released before and I think it’s absolutely beautiful, and I have a Lot of emotions about the trio’s steadfast friendship. I also think it’s cool that you switched up the recording of Home to reflect the way you’ve been performing it since its initial release! i already purchased the digital album at the indiegogo campaign but for my personal convenience I also bought the album at Amazon. I am really grateful for new music from you, even though my husband gets a bit touchy if he has to listen to too much "nerd" music 😂

My post office gets upset if I bring in too many packages at once so I’ve been taking them in batches.
