Bruhl is completely leading in ''Rush'', despite studios campaigning him for supporting. He even narrates the film. I think he even has more screen time than his co-star Chris Hemsworth.
I cannot understand that someone nominated him as ""'''"supporting"""". Like WTF, have those people even watched the movie? What is lead role if not Brühl's Lauda in Rush? If it was because they did not want them competing in same category, it is unbelievably stupid.
Honestly the main poster for Rush is Chris (James Hunt) but in my opinion Rush is all about Niki. I mean the journey the crash the comeback the heartfelt emotion of it all Daniel deserved an Oscar 1000% for this movie. He did a flawless job, he made us feel so many things in such a short period of time and that’s so hard to do. No offense too Chris I love him but he was a sporting actor in this film. Daniel was more committed, had longer hours he also did a ton more research. Daniel there’s something cosmic about you, I can’t describe it into words, it’s just raw feeling. Ughhh job incredibly well done in rush and every other work of art you compose.
He is most definitely not a supporting actor. I'll go even further and say he out shined Hemsworth with a better performance, maybe even because his character was more interesting than James Hunt.
Daniel Brühl was born in Barcelona, Cataluña, España. His father is german and his mother is spanish. So he is spanish, but he grew up in Germany, in fact he lives in Berlin with is wife and son now. Also he has french direct family. He is a mix, and can speak spanish, german, french, english, and portuguese. He is very adorable, humble and talented too
Y'all seriously have a lotta explaining to do on why you left this off the nom list cause this film deserved way better than the **** it got this week!
Bro this man is literally just throwing shade left and right like damn calm down 😂😂 ... I love it when Daniel switches to the Nikki accent when telling his stories 😆❤️ Me again : daaaayyyyyymmmmm this man is literally throwing everybody under the bus .. Nah screw that he is tossing them by the handful into open traffic bro he is ruthless no chill
Guys, no, it's not really that Daniel was a supporting actor, it's just that they didn't want them to compete in one category and Chris is more popular, so they thought he is going to be nominated as well..
If you take out the MARVEL title from Chris, he is a decent actor, but get's more attention coz of the title. Sadly Daniel doesn't. Which annoys me a lot, coz i personally think Daniel is a fantastic actor. And let's face it Chris is popular coz of MARVEL. Not going to lie he was good in Rush though But I have watched some of his work outside of 'Thor' it's average. He is a really nice guy though in real life and Daniel is very humble and down to earth in real life. xD
Chris Hemsworth is a better actor than many people give him credit for, I haven't followed Daniel's work much but he was not better than Hemsworth in rush.
Every movie has good things and bad things. The good things there are in Rush are things we all had already seen in the documentary named Senna (2010).
Guys, Daniel was good but he doesn't deserve an Oscar. He might win someday, hopefully he will, but certainly not for Rush. There are many other good films coming out in award season. The competition this year looks tougher than usual. Daniel is a great actor but he won't get a nomination for playing Niki Lauda in this film. :(
Daniel really deserves to win an Oscar. He is such an incredible actor!
I think, He deserves to win more than one Oscar 👍

Daniel was amazing in this
is that a question or you are just trying to piss me off.
haha..
FATEH SINGH RAWAT
hahaha you just transported me to the movie!
Academy people, give Daniel Brühl an Oscar. He totally deserves it!.
Honestly the main poster for Rush is Chris (James Hunt) but in my opinion Rush is all about Niki. THE only main reason why Daniel Bruhl was supporting because Chris Hemsworth is more popular. Thats it.
He is most definitely not a supporting actor. I'll go even further and say he out shined Hemsworth with a better performance, maybe even because his character was more interesting than James Hunt.
More motivation for Zemo to get his revenge
Daniel was amazing in this movie loved every line he said
Dany is so talented and cute 😍. He needs more recognition.
Refreshing to see an Aussie, a German and an English in goodhearted conversation. 👍
Daniel Bruhl, you beautiful bearded men.
Wtf?😂
The fuck?
Daniel Brühl was born in Barcelona, Cataluña, España. His father is german and his mother is spanish. So he is spanish, but he grew up in Germany, in fact he lives in Berlin with is wife and son now. Isn't his mother Brazilian?
it was like they born to act Niki and James. unbelievable
Y'all seriously have a lotta explaining to do on why you left this off the nom list cause this film deserved way better than the **** it got this week!
Nomination? Are you crazy? He should win that Oscar!
OMG LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE Daniel so much, just look at that 7:19
I understood he said : for Daniel is cheaper...because he is German...I didn't get the point
The best movie of 2013
Daniel 😘
Daniel deserves an Oscar he’s such an amazing actor
LORD Daniel needs a nomination.
Daniel got nominated for everything but the Oscar.
Daniel has told that story about meeting Niki at literally every single interview he's done and Chris has laughed every.single.time -____-
Yes...I wish I coild see Nikki Lauda s face listening to this...over and over again...very funny
Actor
I can smell an Oscar for Daniel Bruhl.
Bro this man is literally just throwing shade left and right like damn calm down 😂😂 ... I love it when Daniel switches to the Nikki accent when telling his stories 😆❤️
Me again : daaaayyyyyymmmmm this man is literally throwing everybody under the bus .. Nah screw that he is tossing them by the handful into open traffic bro he is ruthless no chill
Chris is such a brave, risk taking personality. Being unusually proactive against all odds and nailing it, much to the directors° surprise!
Daniel is so underrated

Bruhl is a prick on Inglorious Bastards but I idolized his portrayal of Lauda in this film:)
Actually, I thought both characters were pricks, but in very different ways and Bruhl did a fantastic job portraying both of them.
Daniel's Niki impression/voice is uncanny.
Great film.
amazing movie! great script, action! based on a true story
Daniel Bruhl is one of the worst snubs in Oscar history
Guys, no, it's not really that Daniel was a supporting actor, it's just that they didn't want them to compete in one category and Chris is more popular, so they thought he is going to be nominated as well..
They didn't have to compete in the same category: History gave Lauda the main role and that's it!
0809AriAri Sure, I agree! And Danny definitely wasn't a supporting character, but still - it's a popularity contest more than anything else, sadly.
Senna vs Prost next!

You should listen to yourself. Why is he a loser when he's not on the posters. I mean he wasn't a main character in the film was he? 😒
But...in all enterviews Daniel looks like the main actor...his light is strong enough...in my opinion😊
Chris Hemsworth is a better actor than many people give him credit for, I haven't followed Daniel's work much but he was not better than Hemsworth in rush.
@@themainman1 Playing hunt was playing a playboy, but playing lauda... uff.
i need to see these two in film together again my heartfjdjfjfjjfdjjd
Te amo Daniel
This is R9n Howard at his best
20% !
Cuuuute. They're sweet.
Well, that's the first thing they're asking them all the time!
seeing this video again after laudas death
Timeless & priceless movie !
#True Racer
Can someone please explain the very last joke? I didn't quite get it!
I would love to understand it too 🤣
I understood he said : for Daniel costs few penny because he is german...something like is cheaper for him
Ignore the 9 I meant to tap o
Damn, I understand it not fully.
Some speech in English I understand almost 100%, some I have only barely understanding.
I understood what Daniel said...but the Australian guy...is hard to understand
Every movie has good things and bad things. The good things there are in Rush are things we all had already seen in the documentary named Senna (2010).
Thank god it was not Greengrass, there would be so much camera shake the film would be unwatchable....
there's nothing funny about it, it's just the product of the casting director's abillity to spot potential ;)
Daniel its too much similar to valtteri bottas here.
daniel bruhl looks like hes going to play keke rosberg
Guys, Daniel was good but he doesn't deserve an Oscar. He might win someday, hopefully he will, but certainly not for Rush. There are many other good films coming out in award season. He's German and redundant. Said so himself.
