I’ve never argued the Big Ten is better than everyone else, but what I have argued is the SEC is more equal to everyone else than the way they act. If the ACC, Big Ten, Big Twelve, or The PAC Twelve would have had complete backing by ESPN than they would be at the absolute “top”
ACC went 0-2 in the playoff. Lets hope Boise State and Arizona State win so we have something to hang our hats on. If we go 0-4 thats gonna be hard to ignore.
It’s going to be 0-4 for all conferences not named BiG10 and SEC unfortunately. But what the other 8 conferences (and this is including the rebuilding PAC) and Notre Dame from the independent schools have to hope and see are games competing late in the second half with the losing side out matched but not out classed. Because if Georgia, Penn State, and Texas make the other teams look like FCS teams playing in September against Autonomous Colleges getting skull-drugged and only there to collect a paycheck and be a placeholder, then the other teams outside of SEC and BiG10 have major problems and too much of an uphill battle to climb to get equitable competition and consideration.
Not when Tennessee took it in the shorts on behalf of the SEC. Now Oregon & Ohio State are the class of the CFP. ASU has a shot if all of their guys play that already transferred out in the portal. If they don't okay then good luck with that!

I believe the transfer portal needs some tweeking. Nah man it doesn’t work that way. When Pitt and Miami and other schools in the ACC won their national championships in football they were not members of the ACC and thus don’t count for the ACC. This is also true for the SEC, BiG10, Big12, and other conferences.
