I have been using the 488 GT3 in the racing category and it is pretty good, i would recommend giving it a try but it is useful in the right hands, stock tune isn’t the best, but a tune makes it better
The Audi quattro for rally is pretty fun to use especially when wanting to switch things up instead of using the meta Citron

can you do a worst cars to pick for each category? the reason I ask is because sometimes its okay to pick non meta cars if you want to goof off, but I dont have any of the meta cars so when I pick a car, I want to atleast know its not the worst option.
I used to use the liberty walk supra alot. but thats because i got it as part of the pre-order, and couldnt play Motorfest until recently :/. turns out, its not that great.
however as I have gotten used to Motorfests handling, I suggest checking out the BMW M8. every time a grand race starts from street tier 2, and I'm way at the back, i tend to shoot right to first place and stay in first place. this is without ANY pro settings applied too.....
additionally, dont sleep on the Jeep gladiator,
and for hyper cars, dont sleep on the Creators Tempesta, and the Pro-to Lucky one. I got them cause they were featured and on sale but they are EXTREMELY new user friendly, especially in the handling department

Noble M500 is super fast for highway hyper routes as well and handling is pretty controllable
Try the Carrera GT too, it feasts on highway hypercar

I agree those street tier 2 you mentioned are pretty good, but the zr1 always works for me, they can’t beat me on a straight line, specially after a couple tricks I did to the car to go above the speed limit of the street tier 2 cars.

the Audi RS5 eats on the ST2 dirt sections. very underrated, but I like it with the right tune

Pagani huayra rubicone is also a very good pick for the highway tracks, gets up to 312 in no time and you walk everyone down
the huracan is so good in dirt routes, its like a rally car
What’s the point of having 600+ vehicles when only 10 of them are meta. The next update they better make every motorcycles and non meta cars faster as the current meta cars that way everyone can use the car or bike they like and I can finish podium with my favourite cars/bikes. Exclude the Mini cuz I hate those cars
One to add to the Viable list for rally. The Camaro SS. It's fast if a bit heavy on the oversteer but if you can hold that it's never let me down and has won me several grand races.
Hi thanks for your easy chaptered and writen list. I play since mid february. arond 2 millions xp a month. 9000-11000 ranked, depending if platine is a car or not. With big lack of gold loots, no bonus nitro. Today i discover i had my first bonus loot. And it is a Touring x2 score ! It took me 2 years on TC2. A clear hell for 'normal' players. Don't ask me why i switched to TCM. Seems still a beta version. Maybe alpha... We can see a lot of potential, but nearly nothing in fact. Far from TC2 versatility.
As in TC2 this bonus change all (with also extra boost, and loop to have the others). Today i rank 4000 ! A few hours before end. Since last month, i search a little web help for meta cars refresh and settings. I don't have time to buy and test all cars. With three sources. 2 similar (you included) and one more original as he lists some of my car that you don't list at all. and your lists are big...
Globally i prefer 4WD car.
Street 1. I was on Mercedes GLC 250 4MATIC Coupé if i offroad a little or more. Mazda RX-7 Turbo Anniversary if only road. Mercedes was becoming a little hard. So i switched to Ford Focus RS 2016. Ok i forgot Mercedes and Mazda. Recently i saw a lot of Audi RS2 Avant. I bought one but the feeling is not there. It is 'heavy'. So i tuned more the ford, especially i put a special tire. I was thinking there is something logical and it seems to work. Now i perform good for first place and also with the new porsches. I mostly see them behind even if they are faster. If they can, i let them pass and follow. Then in turns i shoot. I noticed one car faster than RS2. I will probably try when i will be stable with $. And probably RS3, lighter than RS2 and more power. I saw your list too late.
Street 2. I keep Porsche Taycan Turbo S. Acceleration and turns. So easy to drive for me. As the Focus, a little lack of speed. I will probably invest soon but i still compet well, but not first anymore. I had a good feeling with Porsche 911 GT (993). Also ZR1 but no 4WD...
Drift. Ok with Hoonigan on road (and no drift setup !). I best with Forsberg Racing Nissan 370Z PRO Drift... for drift. A rest of TC2 ?
Racing. Same as Street 2. I still use Lamborghini Gallardo LP-570 Super trofeo. But more and more winners on Gordon Murray T.50s. I also put the Ford tyres. It also feels better. But i'm gonna try next T.50s or camaro as T.50s is listed again next.
Hypercar. Again, i still use Lamborghini Aventador 700-4. Maybe my priority to change. I am not far from firsts but clearly behind. I did not put the ford tyres. Color does not match. And i like the look of my lambo. I changed the color of Focus and Gallardo for these tyres. Maybe i should play more to learn roads. Or programmers should offer to set the plan where i can still see the road... It is too fast to look the plan and stay on the road.
Alpha GP. I use Red Bull RB 18. I discover with you that most RB i see are maybe RB14. As hypercar, my main problem is to know the map. I play good with RB18 when i recognize the road. And globally better than one month ago. I don't fight anymore for firsts even if sometimes i can, i stay behind to see directions. Globally, it is too fast for small roads. And i feel it more than in TC2. When i will have 1 million $ for nothing, i will try disruption. Not tomorrow...
Motocross. I only have KAWASAKI KX450F. Not bad. I don't remind to have been first. Even with chance. I was good in TC2 with motorcycles. In TCM, it nearly doesn't exist.
Rally raid. I play bmw z4 as most of people. Tacoma is new ? I don't see a lot. Maybe i can have a better setup here as i nearly do the same as road cars. That is not the rule in real... I was easy with this at the beginning, especially in turns. But competition is better. In fact, i only won with rally raid and rally. Not anymore. podium sometimes.
Rally. I used Citroen C3 Racing. Clearly easy to drive and fast enough. This week i switched to Peugeot 205 T16 EVO2. Close for easy drive and a little better. I see a lot of them but also still a lot of C3 winners and also 'exotic' cars. Not listed as meta anywhere.
Monsters. Nothing to say. I only had silverado until last or this week.
Plan. I use Pilatus PC-21. As mosltly in TC2. I just switch to P-51 but there is not a lot of plane grand race. I remind only one since february. And it was a dual plane car... that i did not manage. I finished last.
Power boat. Again as in TC2 i invest on 1414 demon, but i never saw a grand race with it. So...
Hovercraft. Was so refreshing in TC2...
Other TC2. When they wil be back ?
Are you using any pro settings?
The Ferrari tdf for hypercar can be unwieldy but hitting 310 with it on a straight feels real good. It's my fav. I do also think the RAM is a contender for rally raid because I seem to have little trouble keeping up with tacoma's and the Z's.
Check out the Jeep Monster-truck. I like to pull it out just to have something different and it holds up *very well* against the Silverado.
I could swear i felt the Volkswagen IDR was great in Racing category, especially first leg. I won my first Grand Race driving it. Brutal acceleration and handling, and the top end isn't shabby.

Can you try the Audi S1 E-Tron drift edition. It has about the same speed as the hoonicorn but it's a bit more controllable.
I love the hoonitron for racing class. The steering is garbage but man the acceleration feels so good.

Ariel nomad for rally raid is brilliant
I use the FXX K. It jumps from the start and has an insane 0-60 and grips really well at corners. The only downside is one patch of grass will turn the car into a ballerina

The Volkswagen electric buggy is actually insane you should check it out. It's one of the few rally raid cars that can reach 280km top speed I was really impressed. It's a bit slow
On the turns but on those straight stretches I think it the fasted car in rally raid

are you testing these cars with widebodies and vanity tires? they give a significant advantage for grip and i see in some of the footage theres no widebodies
I don't believe they make a difference to handling or performance. Vanities are just that: vanity, cosmetic modifications!
@@roobzruckers7626 the wider your wheel arches are the more grip you have. It's been tested on crew 2 and motorfest. That's why widebodies are alot better. Vanity tires are less important but still help slightly

Yes. The clips you are see is just recycled Grand Race footage for background gameplay. Every test I run is with widebody

I hope in season 4 they will add Aston Martin Valkyrie and Valkyrie amr pro. If it does come to tcm, 99% it will be meta
tcm’s car performance does not reflect real life at all, so there is no guarantee of a car being meta just because of how they perform IRL. like somehow an F40 has a higher Lateral G then a 911 GT3RS, and the Agera R is somehow faster than the ONE:1 overall etc etc

to my knowledge, that rotation doesnt happen. But the AGP plane one is the same rotation as the RR/Plane. It just switches to AGP/Plane. But it happens at the same time

Real talk, Rally raid 370z seems really strong, not like top of the top, but definately a mini Z4, I would reccomend trying it.
I think you’re missing the first Diamond Head race (ST1, ST2, Hyper) in the Grand Race rotation. It would be #4.5 on your list between Mauna Pele and Wahiawa Fields.

Play w/ Enzo (Ferrari) in hypercar.
It has a 312 MPH top speed. Consider it for the viable list.
Tbh top speed doesn’t really matter if you can’t get as much grip

Personally, I am sick of seeing meta cars in every grand race, when of 666 vehicles in the game, only tops 5 of them are used,it’s so boring seeing the centodieci, bmw z4 and the huracan in large swarms.
I did 6 GR’s today and in the last one there were I think 16 bmw z4’s in the rally raid section.
I always switch up what I drive and regularity finish in the top 5, even winning a few times which is extra satisfying when using cars/bikes that aren’t near meta.
In essence, I wish more people picked vehicles they actually like for their looks, performance and sound, instead of just what they’re told is the best.
If you see a lot of centodiecies and hurracans it must mean you are in a very low ranking lobbies, which you can win in almost any car w/o even trying, in high ranking lobbies with fast drivers having meta or not is a dealbreaker
@@Alexander-je3lx As far as I’m aware, there is no such thing as ranked lobbies in this game, the players you get put up against are randomized and never sorted by rank or skill or win/loss ratio.
It’s just that the majority of players, regardless of their skill level, all choose to use the same exact fucking cars in every grand race.
In a game where the cars are meant to be optimized for “Fair PvP” there shouldn’t really be a Meta, if it was truly Fair then it shouldn’t matter what car you choose.
There is clear evidence thus far that shows there are cars that are leagues ahead of all other cars, hence why there’s even a Meta guide.
It's both true and false, Unfortunatelly there is no ranking lobbies, but you can get in one with very high skilled players, depending on times when they are online and racing + a bit of luck getting in their lobbies, and I bet you won't see many buggaties or hurracans in those, it will be full of T50s and agera rs for hyper, and F40 or 993 for street 2, good luck keeping up with them in hurracan/cento combo
@@Alexander-je3lx I am keeping up with them and even passing them occasionally, with me using other cars that aren’t in the Meta.
I don’t use the T50’s even tho I have both of them, I don’t use the cento because it’s cheesy, in S2 I use for the most part the Viper GTS Lightning Edition which I enjoy driving.
In S1 I use the Ford Mustang Lime Edition, very good cornering but sloppy acceleration.
In Alpha GP it doesn’t seem to matter what you choose so long as you’re a skilled driver, so I tend to pick the most goofy looking ones and still always end up doing well with them.
Then I'm pretty sure you never got in a lobbies with simgi Goliath predaking and their friends, never gotten into lobbies with Goliath and simgi myself, but when I race with predaking and some other good drivers we dnf a lot of players, sometimes even anyone below position 3

I believe this is meta for grand races, and Camaro is way better all rounder because it can hold gutters which is crucial for current routes, on tracks VW can be faster, it has better acceleration same top speed, better cornering but guttering sux ass
The electric R has some pretty specific use cases. You need a path exactly like my test course in order for it to shine. It probably deserves a spot in the viable category but I need more time with it. I’ve used it several time in Grand Races and have just hated life due to the understeer and braking distance. It’s also super lousy in gutters. But like I said, you get it on the beach routes, it’s VERY good!
That’s odd I thought it guttered halfway decent, it might just be the tune I used tho
Not sure what region you are in, but in my experiences the Huracan and F40 dominate. Huracan easily out accelerates the 993.
I feel like the jesko and agera should swap for hyper car, jesko has some of the best turns, and although the acceleration isn't the best I absolutely wreck havoc the moment I reach over 100 mph, I've gapped many ageras Bugattis and paganis, any car you could think of, and even for a beginner it is an amazing car.

When you looking for a street race car game to build a 4banger but “The Crew Motorfest” doesn’t let you. The game it’s ok but they should not hold back those street tier 1 & 2 that can smoke “hypercars”, (evo 8 missing, evo 9 slow, the only actual good GTR the R35 not available for drag when it being shifting 1 to 3 in the 1/2 mile, no Golf R in a racing game yet, they missing a few sleepers or holding them back. The meta change I like.
The agera R has been king for too long
F8 and jesko should honeslty be tied for 3rd. The big 4wd cars are fast but they take twice as long to slow down and don’t accelerate as hard without nos. The f8 just needs a proper tune to be predictable like the other cars
If you’re oversteering a ton stiffen the front springs soften the rear, soften your rear arb and take a little front aero👍
This was maybe the hardest decision I made in the list. Jesko/F8 and Cento. I ultimately decided on the Cento because for the majority of players, it will suit their skill set a little better, meaning they will be faster with it than the Jesko and F8. I agree with you that they are close though and it took me several days to come up with an answer.

The Cento is faster then the Agera, but the Agera is better in corners
Unless it's a long highway situation agera R accelerates faster, All the way to it's top maintainable max speed w/o slipstream, which is about 12-15 kmh lower than cento
every top player uses the agera for a reason
I know. But not everyone usen manuel control.
You don't really need manual in this game, it gives more control, And slightly better in corners, but even though, throttle control is way more important, especially at start, with good throttle control ot doesn't matter if it's manual or automatic in any car, agera included, it's just a bit easier with manual cuz you can upshift all the way to 4 right away and not control throttle, manual gives advantage if you make a mistake, and in older cars, has better acceleration with nos(F40, 993, eb 110 etc) in newer cars like agera R it's within margin of error

I know it slubds like a dumb point, but the Ford F150 Vhost recon in the rally raid seriously packs a punch. I have won multiple grans races with it, and it just walks away from everything, even the tacoma on the straights. It's definitely a car to consider

Might give this game a go again. The shortcuts and resetting vehicles to get better times is the thing that put me off. It's cheating. And if I wanted to violate games I'd get a pc!!
To be cheating it has to not be available to all players. But shortcuts and resets are.
