Fun fact about the mall, Spealer made outfitting the mall with signs a community project. Several of mine are shown here Beam Com, Sand, Clock Buster, the Wigeon Rentals, the Insurance agency, Infected Registration, and Metronome Music, which is a real music shop my family owned in the 1940's. I had to record looking at all the signs as a totally separate video.

If a map like this is in BeamNG, I wish the Devs would notice AND mention it themselves, the attention to detail is over the roof! Or more of over the stratosphere!
If these maps are as delicate as you say they are I am hoping for a map bigger than Italy that I can use for nice cruising, and one that has amazing traffic AI. US parking lots for Walmart and Target are apperantly so gigantic, because the US is a very car-focused country. In my homeland Germany, depending on where you live, you can walk or cycle to the stores. For pure offroad the Stambecco might be the better choice. The door in the mountain reminds me of the game "The Forest", where the entrance to Sahara Lab looked similar.
The same week that I play Goodbye Volcano High, Spealer drops an island map called Caldera Bay with a giant volcano, and a meteor. I kept expecting Neil to find Volcano High somewhere on the map lol.
This us great and the flood mod and infection mod would be great for this map but the infection might need to be bumped up to the max to get people on this island that kinda feels like jungle rock island but with less vegetation

Now someone needs to make a mod called eruption where you start on top of the volcano and have to race to a dock or something while the volcano erupts and the lava chases you. Pretty much the exact opposite as the flood mod.

we need a mod that actually has a volcano that erupts, would make a fun scenario to escape it.
the only issue with this is finding a way to manage the lag that it might cause, but if they can it would be sick!

A bunch of us helped with storefronts. Mine include Make-a-Plush, MadHen Chicken, the Arcade, and probably others. I haven’t grabbed the map yet.😊
