On the runaway truck thing, the sand/gravel starts off shallow then gets deeper and deeper as it goes. To actually slow it down gently(?).

yeah think that if its deep right away the truck sinks while the trailer following it goes straight in the cabin. + it reduces damages at least

Should have done the short dirt one. You hit 380 on the long dirt, and the short one is only 300, so you probably would have hit the spikes on that one.

It was funny seeing the Scintilla jump after hitting the lava! I guess it's another reason why lava is dangerous ha ha 😅
Also at the second ice path(?) you dropped from around 220 mph to around 130 mph. Speed was lost but not enough to save you of course 😮

The car bounced in the lava because lava is far more dense than the water and the car. Remember that lava is literally just liquid rock, and rocks are dense. Your car actually was floating slightly in the lava if you look at the few frames you were looking underneath. Of course, if a person were to jump in they also would not sink, it would be like jumping on concrete.

shouldve tried the second dirt strip! it wouldve been close, took you like 100 meters more to stop on the dirt on the first part of the map

Just remember, 1 meter is a little over 3 feet, so 300 meters isn't "not bad". It's over 900 feet. So that "850" meters is 2788 feet. That's a LONG ways to stop.

like in-game the gap between for example, 200 and 220 meters felt more like 5-7 meters

@@yesno7734 I would test it if I could, not a Spealer patron, but 20 meters is about the length of a semi tractor trailer set, and in comparison to the car, the distance looks about correct

Abs makes it harder go slow down on sand you want the sand to build up under the tires and abs doesnt let sand build up at all rally cars dont have abs because of that

I wouldn’t be surprised if beamng simulated viscosity or smth, it simulates air density, if you take the camera and go really REALLY high up and drop a car there you can get up to Mach 8 (my highest speed) plus the engine shuts off due to no air
