No...its the driver/owner of the vehicle's fault....if the traffic light is green you can cross if its red you cannot...so it means its not Izuku's fault
@@nonoyvillares3949 Some countries don't have the pedestrian traffic light. Here in Brazil we just have the car traffic light, so we cross the street when it's red. That must be the source of the confusion
No they mean a green light for the person to walk across the street so he did and he got hit by a car so that means the person that hit Izuku wasn't paying attention to the road in front of them
