Hey! The best way is to get some form of certification. For example, you could get the CAPM qualification showing you can manage projects. You don't need any work experience for this

@@mohibquadri4053 well I don't think any single book will help a lot. I would try to find some people who have achieved massive career success in your area, check out their linkedins and see what their career paths looked like. I really think the best bet is to get some relevant certification, improve your CV and apply for jobs that put you out of your comfort zone

If i say that making big money is the only goal for me and one question which always come in my mind is - How can an individual play an important or outstanding role in making his company a top player in market lets say engineering construction company.. what are contributions which can lead to faster growth of company from an employees perspective who wish to skyrocket his own career path also in the journey..
@@mohibquadri4053 Ok cool. If that's your goal, then I think your best shot is to work for a smaller company and add a lot of value. It is going to be much easier to show a smaller company how much value you can add. You will be working more closely with the owners, etc.
