My husband has a hole in his eardrum and cannot submerge his head in water (earplugs don't work very well). Are there any cenotes you can recommend that are shallow enough to walk into (rather than jump into)?
Hey there, I'm glad it's helpful! Many cenotes will have shallower areas that you can walk into in addition to the deeper areas for jumping. Cenote Azul near Playa del Carmen is a good option as there are a lot of shallow pools that you can stand in waist deep. It's also located right next to Cenote Eden and Cenote Cristalino in case you want to check those out too.
