Thanks! We have been here twice and highly recommend it. We wish there was a separate coffee shop! Don't forget that there are garden suites as well...we absolutely love getting a first-floor room facing the jungly garden. It's like a private oasis (and we never like first floor rooms!!).

You can commentate and talk about it what’s around you while we look at you - great videos but I feel like I’m missing the connection that I get with other RUclipsrs. The biggest con for me was the amount of private events during our stay. I had to listen to Karaoke til 11pm right outside my room. During the day I watched the staff clear a huge section by the main pool at peak pool time to set up for a party. Overall I'd go back. Food (especially the Mexican) was amazing! Some "formal" dinners took 2/3 hours.

Are the meals at the amusement parks also included in the all inclusive package?

HI Allison, thank you for this video and also your comprehensive guide to cenotes in the Playa del Carmen area. Very helpful! My husband has a hole in his eardrum and cannot submerge his head in water (earplugs don't work very well). Are there any cenotes you can recommend that are shallow enough to walk into (rather than jump into)?
