i love the dance because it allows them to not be so out of breath because of some complicated dance and the vocals can shine which is what this group is all about
The fact that they have those heels on and still pull of the choreography without falling to me that’s talent. This comes from a very uncoordinated person.
I'm in the same boat as you! I really want to learn this as I haven't missed a single chance to learn a Sistar dance but I don't think I can do justice to all the shaking partsㅠㅠ Anyways they all look so great and I'm glad they went back to a normal filming style for this dance practice so I can actually see the dance!! and OH MY DASOM look at my baby improving her dancing so much!! I love being able to watch her blossom everyday since debut!!

Okay everyone is always talking about them being able to dance to this song in heels, which I agree is a huge achievement. The only thing is I really want to know if the girls themselves ever complained about dancing to this song. A lot of you might think that it looks super easy because of the lack of hard dance moves but no one talks about how hard it really is to actually shake your body like that for the 3 something minutes they're dancing to the song! I'm dancing to this song again after years of inactivity from dancing and can I say that this song is killing me! I forgot how much side pain I used to get every time I danced to this song. Does anyone ever feel the same???? I'd like to not be the only one, so if there are any other dancers out there that normally feel the sort of workout you get to your sides while dancing to this song please let me know. xD Also I'd like to know if anyone out there knows if the girls ever experienced the same sort of pain while dancing to this song. I couldn't imagine them dancing to this song more than 2x in a row because it's very painful to your sides. Unless they take like a 15 minute break or something. 😅 I'm just saying because I know that kpop idols have to practice songs over and over again so I can't imagine them having so much fun while dancing to this song. Maybe they don't get the same sort of side pain that I do though 🤔 who knows. But for me it's always the same side. Always my right side and it's just to this song.
