In 1958 I was 10 years old when I flew on an A-26 from Tournata, Liberia to Longview, TX. The plane was one of six that RG LeTourneau purchased as war surplus to convert into corporate aircraft. Most were used for parts to keep two in service. The name given to the A-26 I flew in was Pappy. I don't remember how many stops it made to refuel but I do remember Trinidad and Miami.

I saw this type of plane take off on an American aircraft carrier in a Vietnamese documentary . I enjoyed the sweet beautiful time he said he wouldn't leave us south vietnam his little wife . usa
What did you record this with? I have flown on the B 25 and DC 3 and your recorder captured all of the Bass and did not distort. So many videos have distortion, especially the very rare DC 78 and Connie. This has just the right feeling in the inner ear with headphones that I would rank this in the top 15 flight videos on RUclips today.
