@@a.salmon8193 How would be easier to answer than when. Roughly, it would go in three phases 1.) Consolidate 2.) Reform 3.) Expand. This is a 10-20 year project.
1.) In the consolidation phase, you use existing laws to regain control of existing institutions. The focus being to wrest the UK from foreign control.
a. Political ground game - someone has to keep a map of the entire UK and all those districts which are not "on-side." Neighbors need to talk to neighbors and win council seats. London must be taken back.
b. Cultural ground game - Douglas Murray notes that cultural institutions are only headed by people who are ashamed of their collections and hate the UK. Those "on-side" should try and get themselves onto boards of directors. For institutions which cannot be saved, they must be boycotted until a more patriotic set of board members are appointed.
c. Social ground game - make regular displays of patriotism the norm. Make it so normal that those who do not appear patriotic are conspicuous. There are some 200 million of the English diaspora, and even if only 1% can be called on to help, that's an extra 2 million to outmaneuver those not "on-side." There are between 28 - 40 million of the Scottish diaspora, 70 million of the Irish (that includes me), and 3 million of the Welsh. Also, Dress - the average citizen should be expected to dress with some dignity in public, thus conveying dignity on the society.
d. Religious ground game - I'm not a member of the Church of England, so I cannot identify the key control points and how to gain them. However, Christianity should be held with higher reverence. The Church should be nourishing the soul of the nation and not encouraging deviant behavior. Permissiveness is not the same thing as caring. Clergymen found to be acting in the interest of foreign nationals or subverting the law should be fired and convicted.
e. Government - those "on-side" should seek to acquire jobs within the bureaucracy and hire like-minded people. Government workers have great discretion to decide what is legitimate and illegitimate. Further, the mere experience of managing the government is crucial to maintaining power.
2.) Possessing the key levers of culture, education, and government, you then institute reforms to establish order and laws that can be enforced.
a. Make it illegal for foreign companies or foreign nationals to buy ports or farms, install telecommunication lines, or infrastructure. The Land itself must be wholly under UK control.
b. Make it mandatory that all politicians and their spouses must be solely citizens of the UK. No dual citizenship allowed. Trace all foreign donations, and apply the appropriate enforcement mechanism.
c. Make national service mandatory for all young people. This will generate solidarity and give crucial real-world experience of management and engagement.
d. Expel all foreign students. Vet carefully all professors. Some percentage of both will always be spies. Universities should be serving the people of the UK and not tyrannizing them. Expelling foreign students will open up more opportunities for native born students.
e. Land reform - give the farmers what they want to succeed. Permanently preserve arable lands. This will secure the food supply.
f. Order - Immediately expel any immigrant, citizen or not, convicted of a violent crime. Expel any immigrant found to have terrorist sympathies. Imprison any citizen who expresses terrorist sympathies.
g. Government Expenditures - Hold a general audit of the bureaucracy and expect to let go anyone who isn't producing meaningful and identifiable results. Review all contract and consultant work and bring as much as possible back in-house.
h. Education - make sure that the history that is taught paints the culture in a positive light.
i. Buildings - All civic buildings should be gothic revival or neoclassical to encourage pride and bestow dignity on the citizen, with the "carbuncles" made wretched things of a shameful past.
j. Media - Obviously, some big changes are in store for the BBC.
k. Constitution - I'm not learned enough here to provide a full plan, but my understanding is that most or all of the Blair reforms should be rolled back.
l. Borders - Keep watch over all landing beaches around the entire island of Britain. Immediately expel without delay all illegal immigrants.
3.) Expand
a. Demographics - Young women should be encouraged to focus primarily on being mothers. This will greatly improve the long term picture, both for their personal satisfaction with their lives and the life of the nation. While not all women seek to be mothers, such women should be sidelined and not celebrated. Sorry, nature is cruel, and the nation must accommodate nature or perish.
b. Research - the UK must organize its massive research and scientific capital to produce the breakthroughs of the 21st century, including AI, fusion power, and programmable biology.
c. Culture - the UK has many unique intellectual properties celebrated worldwide. Have a plan so they are not deconstructed but expanded.

WHY do our police fail to deal with these people? Protest by all means, but when it gets to foul-mouthed abuse, harassment and threats there has to be action.
