Very nice. Any reason why you put the fish while the oil was still cold? I (now) fry using a little extra pomace oil, along with 4-5 (unpeeled-cooks by its own steam, making the flesh sweeter) cloves of garlic. The fish fluid/fat makes the oil tasty...to drizzle on boiled rice while eating.
Dias ji,,why does Mackerel fry becomes hard or rubbery if eaten after a while ?. Can we replace vinegar with tamarind juice,. What's the significance of salt marination for 20 minutes ?. at 2:17 you haven't added salt why ?.

Today In goa none of our original goans get job first all politicians government servant are ghatis today all our mountain beaches which belong to our goans today ripped by ghatis to delhikars gujrathi mostly by Muslims illegal capture given by these ghatis nothing our goans have except working in Europe western countries the day will come where Muslims will be majority no Hindus no Christian

Don't fry in non stick pan ...use tawa... either of mud..or iron....or deep fry in kadai...than see the taste...

Completely agree. Deep fry is the best way. But optimum frying is the key.
In konkan we do not fry fishes in deep oil. And definitely konkani's are good at preparing sea food no doubt.@@SriShridhar
