C'est un beau projet ! Je ferais cependant une petite modification, à savoir : la montée des escaliers du garage, au lieu de la faire de gauche à droite, je la ferais de droite à gauche. De cette façon, nous arriverons à l'étage à gauche et non à droite, comme dans le projet (6:43). Cela nous permettrait d'ouvrir une porte vers la chambre principale (en réduisant un petit peu le placard). On obtiendrait comme ça une double circulation dans la maison (on passait d'une chambre à l'autre sans passer forcément par la cuisine). Pour cela, il faudrait prolonger le plancher sur trois marches de l'escalier; je pense que si ce sont les premières marches de l'escalier, il y a assez de hauteur pour le faire sans se cogner la tête au plafond en montant. La partie privée de la maison serait vraiment privée. Et depuis le garage on pouvait accéder à la chambre principale. Voilà...

Decoração linda, projeto lindo, a casa toda harmoniosa, fecha bem comigo também. O custo é bem mais alto do que a anterior da casa cubo 7x7 pela fundação, ou seja, o carro no subsolo. Mas eu teria que fazer as mesmas adaptações do que preciso, como já mencionei sobre escritório, ateliê, suite separada com entrada individual, mini cinema, sala de ginástica, espaço gourmet. Esse canal tropic design combina muito com o meu gosto pessoal. Mas em resumo, lindíssima também. Esse canal tem muito bom gosto, criatividade, sofisticação para projetos de pouca metragem.

Não costumamos representar os ralos e saídas de água nessa etapa do projeto pois deverá ser dimensionado e posicionado pelo engenheiro hidráulico, mas nesse caso seria proposto uma grelha entre a rampa e o início da garagem, de forma que capte e escoe toda a água da chuva. Le coût des travaux dépendra de l'endroit où ils seront construits, le prix des matériaux et de la main-d'œuvre pouvant varier considérablement selon la région. Comme nous projetons avec une structure en béton, couramment utilisée, la valeur sera proche du coût moyen du m² de la ville où il sera construit. J'espère vous avoir aidé. 😊

This is a beautiful design! I would love having this house, though I would want to make a couple of small changes. Closing off the stairs from the garage so bugs and other vermin cannot come into the house would be one change. I might want to reverse the 2nd bedroom en suite, add a second door to the corridor, and get rid of the lavatory; this would give additional room to the 2nd bedroom and reduce the amount of overall cleaning in the house. I would definitely do something to add more prep space to the kitchen, and I would add more space to the master suite, perhaps extending the room forward over the garage or sideways to also give more room in the garage since children sometimes throw the door of a car open. Wouldn't want it smacking it into the walls of the garage.

Nesse projeto utilizamos a viga invertida, então apesar de não aparecer internamente, ela sobressai o nível da laje e acaba servindo como platibanda para a laje impermeabilizada com argila expandida. I'm K, who posted a month ago. Pushing the underground parking to the ground level for each bedroom on the first floor makes the bedrooms on the second floor and the parking on the ground floor. You don't have to worry about flood damage from heavy rain or people's eyes on bathing and sleeping from the street.

This is a beautiful design! I would love having this house, though I would want to make a couple of small changes. Closing off the stairs from the garage so bugs and other vermin cannot come into the house would be one change. I might want to reverse the 2nd bedroom en suite, add a second door to the corridor, and get rid of the lavatory; this would give additional room to the 2nd bedroom and reduce the amount of overall cleaning in the house. I would definitely do something to add more prep space to the kitchen, and I would add more space to the master suite, perhaps extending the room forward over the garage or sideways to also give more room in the garage since children sometimes throw the door of a car open. Wouldn't want it smacking it into the walls of the garage.

Muito obrigado, Celso! Consegue sim, só dependerá do tamanho do vão e altura das vigas. Nesse projeto utilizamos a viga invertida, então apesar de não aparecer internamente, ela sobressai o nível da laje e acaba servindo como platibanda para a laje impermeabilizada com argila expandida. Os apoios estão nas paredes estruturais! Espero ter ajudado. 😊

I'm K, who posted a month ago. Pushing the underground parking to the ground level for each bedroom on the first floor makes the bedrooms on the second floor and the parking on the ground floor.
You don't have to worry about flood damage from heavy rain or people's eyes on bathing and sleeping from the street.
