- Completely integrated with the garden and pool, this house has a social area and bedrooms facing a beautiful patio. The use of elements such as the wooden lining and stone walls bring comfort and warmth to the internal space. For the privacy of the bedrooms and bathroom we use slatted panels that can be opened according to the resident's desire. The office was positioned at the back of the plot, ensuring acoustic comfort for working from home. The interior and lighting design optimizes the functionality of the space and highlights important elements such as the texture of the stones and the wine cellar. Whether you want to enjoy quiet moments with family or receive friends, this house is a good setting for all occasions.

Been looking at a few of your designs in here, and have to say I am impressed. I am an architect and engineer myself, working in Mexico. Some of the design function is just what they look for in Mexico. Modern alternative construction systems, different to the standard concrete construction techniques they use here, which lacks real modern function capability and is so expensive due to rapidly rising material prices. I can see these houses ideal for what we call kit homes, manufactured and clad frames with an array of different modern materials. Lot of Mexicans like to reduce cost with building their own house and as such, kit or modular hoes have become increasingly popular. these are what we specialize in. You have given some truly simple but beautiful designs a whole new perspective with your 3d walk through designs. I particularly like your styles with the lightweight hidden roofs and think they could also substantiate the butterfly style hidden roofs. And yes ..its a multi function house design...for just family or entertaining friends.

100% *wow* - The best designed home I've looked at in a VERY long time ~ Congratulations! Every room as an *outdoor-nature* view ... including the *laundry room* Love the fact that you cleverly created a most satisfactorily sized office and appreciate the private entrance hall at the front along with 1/2bath for guest right there too. Nothing more awful than having company meander through one's bedroom to get to the bathroom👀😋 I have "dibs" on the master -- not because of the size and location ... but THERE IS A BATH TUB !!! So many homes have just showers but this beauty has both *plus* a spare WC in the front. Yup .. this design is a *KEEPER*

El proyecto me encanta, le agregaría un vestidor y un estudio bien iluminado.
Muito original esse projeto. Fico imaginando construir uma casa dessas em condomínios onde as casas ficam muito próximas e lado a lado. Esse conceito daria privacidade total entre duas casas vizinhas e de um jeito bonito.

Really stunning but the kitchen sink facing the wall is a deal breaker in a big way... Putting it in the Island is a better option.
