    1) Morning mein bed mein mat pade raho just rise and get away from bed
    2) Adjust your sleep time
    Late sleep time causes weakness
    Type 2 :
    Find your why ?
    My personal tip
    Thing about why and when you get that answer ask again why for the answer and continue this for 7 times
    Write more while studying
    Type 3 :
    .Break your time
    Count your
    Study time in minutes

    I have the type 1 laziness
    I have been encountering this laziness over an year now...its physicaly and mentally exhausting and yah regrets.....but i will try these solutions for now on
