@Pradumn Singh Unfortunately its true. This much sleep is required, but its not practical because of circumstances like work, study, and the general competitiveness of life. Some sacrifices have to be made in life to achieve. Our grandparents lived long and healthy because they got enough sleep as their era was not like ours. They had stability, less competition, etc which caused them to rest well.

Only 5 hours of sleep is more than enough .. a medical over here .. sleep from 10 to 3 or 4 o clock is sufficient enough

Its 9 pointers and not 9 hours!!
If somebody sleep btwn 9 to 12 so per hour he receives 2 points that is totall 8 points..and you can now decode the rest timeline.
And it explains that 8 to 9 pointers are good.
And also afternoon nap is good but it should not exceeds half n hour.
8hrs sleep recommended by psychiatrist

Din ko 3 hour raat ko 8 hour
Total 11 hour sleeping 😅😅😅😅 and 6 hours in school and 3 hours in ground and only left with 4 hours in a day in which i study approximately 2 hours maximum thats my big problem and hence i will fallow your tip and reduce my sleeping cycle to 7 houes and 4 hours will suddenly increase and i will be able to utilise my important time of my important time of the life

Sab toh thik hai vaiya, lekin hame 8pointer Puri karni hogi toh raath ko 11 ra baje sona pedega aur subha 6:30 baje uthna padenga. Toh hum padhenge kab sare din toh school tution kar k he chale jate hai raath ko Nehi padhu toh kab paru xm k liye?
In week end I slept at 12 to 6 hours and in big holidays and when is start of the college I slept at 10 and I wake up at 5 of morning . From Pakistan but I live in France.😊
I got started my 6 class by 69%
72.8% in 7th class
82% in 8th class ( because of lockdown😅)
And ai got fail in my 9th class half yearly exams and got pass with 57% 😢😢
I got broken and motivated myself to give my 100% in class 10th to get 90+ percent
I started studying day and night for the results and got a decent marks all small small exams in school.

Bhaiya...my grandma always says ki raat mein jldi so jao and subah jldi utho...that's the reason I sleep at around 11-12pm/am..(but the reason behind that wasn't cleared...nd I use to wonder but today I'm glad that I get to know the reason behind...)

I was a day sleeper since 10 years. But it has been 2 months I have reset my circadian rythm. And now I sleep from 9pm to 3-4am.
Bhaiya me bhi karna chahta hu or me raat me 11 baje sota hu but subhah jaldi nahi uth pata hu

As we all know in Islam we are told to sleep just after Isha'a prayer around 9 o'clock avoiding all the worldly things and get up at 3 o'clock for Tahajjud and then Fajr.
And In afternoon we should sleep just after Dhuhr prayer after having lunch nearly 2 o'clock for half an hour. ( And it's Sunnah )
In this way we can achieve our goal with less hour of sleep but a good sleep.
Yup! It became science now but 14 years ago out prophet s.w told us these all things , if we follow him (Prophet Muhammad s.w ) we don't need to learn about any science to take care of our health.
@ahmadmunif7479It's your false information brother Prophet Muhammad Mustafa Swallallahu alayhi wassallam told that, night dinner finish before Esha namaaz it's means Now days in India Esha azaan 7.20pm follow that then sleep in after 8.30pm and before 9pm walk up at 3am Pray thahajjud sunnath namaaz follow the subah namaaz then don't sleep in day time Except after 11am Pray luha namaaz then sleep in half an hour before Zuhar(luhar) azaan it's that sleep is Sunnah that's it.👍

Will update after 7 days...
Day1: slept for 3 hours during day(because i didn't sleep last night)
Went to bed at 10:30pm (in this i kept rolling on my bed till 2:00am, just could not sleep) and woke up at 4:00am.
Day 2: Slept for 2 hours in the morning, could finally sleep at 12 o clock something and woke up at 4:30am
Day 3: Barely slept in day because it was Sunday, could not sleep too early because everyone was using their phones or watching movie in my house till 11:30pm and i woke up at 5:30am in morning.
Thankyou so much Bhaiyya i'm 19 currently and suffering frm this problem since 11-12 .... You don't know bhaiyya how biggest problem of my life you have solved frm this video......
