Wait oh yeah the translator of Miss Colombia is Amazonas Venezuela instead of Amazonas Colombia. Nonetheless, those translators were smart. However now it's different. there are pauses which is great as well. I love their answers to the question but Dayanara's was quite simple yet impactful. And she did a great job as Miss Universe visiting 29 nations representing MUO. I wasn't even born yet when she was crowned but If I saw this Final Three Question round, I would think Colombia or PR will win.

I feel very sad for Colombia, mostly contestants come in top 3 but are not able to become winners, Colombia has been able to win only 2 crowns (last crown 2014) so far. Well Colombia should have won here.
If Australia was in the final 3, she would’ve won. But while the judges gave her high marks on looks, it appears every time she talked they gave her a low score. Of the top 3, Puerto Rico was the underdog, she placed 6 in swimsuit, interview and 5 in evening gown and in the end, won because she was the underdog and the most natural of the top 3. Colombia was trying too hard and constantly trying to draw attention to her small waist. During the final vote, she stood sideways instead of face forward to the judges.Venezuela obviously had work done. But this is all in hindsight as this year nobody could’ve guess who would’ve won, the crown could’ve go to any one of them.

Colombia, Venezuela and then Australia should have been the third spot. She was incredible during the Top 6 question round, but also overall impression. It would have been interesting to see the outcome with the final questions and finale, if Miss Australia made it and answered the final question. We will never know.

They wanted to give opportunity to other translators, but it's also the delegates have their preferred translator. Take note that there are different Spanish language tongues depending on country or region, and perhaps the translators style of spanish is more geared to specific girls, just like Colombian Spanish, Venezuelan type of Spanish, etc.

Colombia, Venezuela and then Australia should have been the third spot. She was incredible during the Top 6 question round, but also overall impression. It would have been interesting to see the outcome with the final questions and finale, if Miss Australia made it and answered the final question. We will never know.

Here it should have been Colombia! In 1994, as much as I wanted Colombia to win, I knew it was over once India answered the final question! After that, there was no way the judges were going to go with either one of the contestants.
