They didn’t sign new contracts because performing put them further in debt. The owners considered that making them “idols” warranted payment from the girls. That is insane!! Cute group - nice performances. They worked so hard and were horribly taken advantage of. Sad.
My understanding was that they were broke only on their first year? Still doesn't make it okay but I thought the situation money-wise wasn't necessarily a loss by the end of their contract.

Predicted it after seeing the live performance last week and it seems an obvious one to me because the music is simply good and very very catchy. Through all of East Asia at least like Bar Bar Bar was. I'm looking forward to seeing them on plenty of variety shows to promote it. Hope they do Running man this time as a group.

The more I watch it the more I like it. In my opinion Crayon Pop are one of the best singing/dancing pop groups in the world today and this is not just my opinion either. The popular U.S. periodical 'Fuse' and the popular pop star Lady Gaga have given them similar recognition. I think their International Popularity has confused Kpoppers, because Crayon Pop haven't followed the Kpop Field Manual (FM) that puts success where the money is. Crayon Pop's success is credited to tenacity, hard work, talent, and creativity. They are real super hero's and this concept fits them perfectly.
well said...I don't think some of the mainstream kpoppers realize how popular they are internationally...not One Direction popular, but out of all of KPOP they are one of the most recognized internationally and for some reason that seems to piss a lot of main stream kpop fans off....I don't know why?....North America has a KPOP following but a small one, most of KPOP is kind of laughed upon in NA, so thats why groups like Crayon Pop and artists like Psy appeal to them, they are fun, bubbley and really don't take themselves super serious. Being Canadian I know Toronto has been trying to get a Kpop show for years and most of the big companies want a guaranteed sellout, which they can't get so they refuse to commit. Crayon Pop will perform the same for 1 person or 10000 and they do it with all their heart....it has increased their recognition and popularity world wide...their fanbase is one of the most loyal out there and even though they are not top tier in Korea like SNSD, Apink, 2ne1, MissA etc...they are doing just fine and are recognized almost everywhere they go...good for them...Crayon Pop fighting....

Crayon Pop are actually great dancers as a whole. You don't see many girl groups where all the members can execute pop and lock so well xD In Bing Bing especially, I enjoyed watching their performance for that. I'm glad they added some to this song too

Predicted it after seeing the live performance last week and it seems an obvious one to me because the music is simply good and very very catchy. Through all of East Asia at least like Bar Bar Bar was. I'm looking forward to seeing them on plenty of variety shows to promote it. Hope they do Running man this time as a group.

What I like about Crayon Pop is that even though they are all old enough for sexy concepts they don't do them. They are different from the other girl groups. They have their own unique sound and style. And all their songs and dances are fun.

The more I watch it the more I like it. In my opinion Crayon Pop are one of the best singing/dancing pop groups in the world today and this is not just my opinion either. The popular U.S. periodical 'Fuse' and the popular pop star Lady Gaga have given them similar recognition. I think their International Popularity has confused Kpoppers, because Crayon Pop haven't followed the Kpop Field Manual (FM) that puts success where the money is. Crayon Pop's success is credited to tenacity, hard work, talent, and creativity. They are real super hero's and this concept fits them perfectly.
well said...I don't think some of the mainstream kpoppers realize how popular they are internationally...not One Direction popular, but out of all of KPOP they are one of the most recognized internationally and for some reason that seems to piss a lot of main stream kpop fans off....I don't know why?....North America has a KPOP following but a small one, most of KPOP is kind of laughed upon in NA, so thats why groups like Crayon Pop and artists like Psy appeal to them, they are fun, bubbley and really don't take themselves super serious. They like to have fun and be quirky and Western Pop fans can relate to that...they are also not afraid to take chances like SXSW and touring with Lady Gaga to mostly positive reviews...haters will always hate and make excuses to hate but that is the reality...even the mighty SM hasn't tried to really conquer North America,"The Boys" by SNSD(which i actually loved) in English was a pop flop in the U.S., Sones and SM stans can argue all they want but it was by SM standards, why do you think no more English songs have been released. They do safe Shows in California or New York because anything less then a sell out is considered a disaster to their image. Being Canadian I know Toronto has been trying to get a Kpop show for years and most of the big companies want a guaranteed sellout, which they can't get so they refuse to commit. Crayon Pop will perform the same for 1 person or 10000 and they do it with all their heart....it has increased their recognition and popularity world wide...their fanbase is one of the most loyal out there and even though they are not top tier in Korea like SNSD, Apink, 2ne1, MissA etc...they are doing just fine and are recognized almost everywhere they go...good for them...Crayon Pop fighting....

Desde el inicio de Crayon Pop se ha visto a Ellie desde atrás del grupo, pero cuando inicia esta canción ella está cantando en el centro, lo juro, mis ojos se llenarón de lágrimas, finalmente, ella está hasta el frente del grupo.
Recuerdo cuando miraba el Making Film, el grito de satisfacción de los productores cuando terminaron la escena de las explosiones de colores, fue sensacional, fue un excelente trabajo por parte de las chicas y recibieron los aplausos que se merecían.
Crayon Pop tenía conceptos en sus canciones totalmente únicos y originales, ellas hacían lo que nadie se atrevía a hacer, por eso ellas son inalcanzables y están en un espacio muy especial en mi corazón.
Gracias Crayon Pop por todo su esfuerzo a lo largo de su carrera como Idols, debió ser muy difícil y agotador. Gracias por los momentos tan mágicos que me dieron a través de su música.
