definitely making takfeer on the one who gives udhr is wrong i myself hold the view like the Fuqahaa and Ahlul Hadeeth Muhaidtheen that there is udhr bil jahl in shirk al akbar but this is a very delicate maslaha as takfeer is generally for the ulema those who do not give udhr say there is no need for hujjah some ulema said that even in a muslim land the hujjah is needed for this person before making takfeer some differed in this regard Allahu Alam

According to you, if someone invokes other than Allah like the shi'ah who say "ya Ali" , ya hussayn" and asks them for help and so on, are they Muslim?

He talks about those who consider it permissible in Darurah and also mentions the hadith of Al Hajjaj ibn alat. Can I repent I was ignorant or I am not allowed. I was given taweez from my family I didn’t know these are magic spell. Would Allah forgive me? I’m still be allowed to go jannah or it’s haram as Allah promised he won’t forgive shirk and kufr.

There is ijma' of the ulama of this era that qadiyanis are kuffar. I'd advise u to stay away from any "shaykh" who doesn't takfir them....its like if someone doesn't takfir the nusayris. Shaykh al Alwan said whoever doesnt make takfir of bashar al asad (a nusayri) is a kafir. So with qadiyanis it should be no different. waAllahu A'lam.
@@fawaidilmiyyah5897 Yeah but not sure how you differentiate between making it mandatory to make takfeer for those who don't make takfeer of qadiyanis yet those who don't make takfeer of grave worshippers are our brothers. Like, if anything the grave worshippers are worse off right? Meaning that the hujjah is established more on them simply because Qur'an is full of Allah's uloohiyah compared to the nubuwah.
@adorablecheetah2930 it's different because the one's we don't make takfeer of, as Shaykh Ali Khudayr mentioned, are those who still make takfeer of grave worshippers in general but they only put a preventative that if there is ignorance like the person lived in some far off place etc then he's excused until the hujjah is established upon him and then they will make takfir of him. As for one who doesn't make takfir on grave worshippers at all...even those are not ignorant and the huĵjah has reached them, then these (who refrain from takfir) are kuffar as they fall under the 3rd nullifier. So what you mentioned about the one who says he doesn't takfir some qadianis....unless he means someone totally ignorant who's unable to learn, hasn't read Quran etc, then it isn't merely a temporary prevantative he's putting on them until the hujjah reaches them...it's him withholding takfir altogether, in which case he falls into the third nullifier. So it all depends what he meant by his saying he doesn't make takfir on some.
@@fawaidilmiyyah5897 I understand what you are saying but leave alone other sects, if you look at salafis 99.99% do not make takfeer of grave worshippers individually even if the person is openly worshipping graves and even if the person is living with muslims. I'm not talking about the scenario of someone living in far away lands. And this person I'm talking about is the most popular ahle Hadith scholar from India and when I asked him why he doesn't make takfeer of individual grave worshippers whilst he does for individual qadiyanis then he said he doesn't do that for individual qadiyanis too because they too could be ignorant. It depends on us first removing their ignorance no matter who they are he said.

You can repent from any sin even shirk as long as it's before your death, only when death has come then its too late.
