What's wājib is to live among Muslims, as long as generally the people of that land are Muslim, even if the government is kafir taghut...since the Prophet ﷺ forbade us from living among the mushrikin. So if the apparent is that the majority of the regular people are Muslim then by living there you've stayed away from the prohibition which is living among the mushrikin.
@@fawaidilmiyyah5897 thank you. But to be honest, around where I live, I don’t even know who is Muslim anymore. The ‘Muslims’ here attend prayers in masjid where the khutbah praises the taghut and they say Ameen to that.
@-------....___ Sadly, that's the case in many places nowadays. well, you can move to another city/town if you're able, or another country. And if you're not able then there's no sin on you inshaAllah, you try to command the good and forbid the evil as much you can. May Allah make it easy.
