gangy help me so ive been free forming right it was coo my hair grow we 11 months in and for like 5-4 months i didnt see noo growth at all its still the same and i feel like it got shorter idk whats going on can u help me i oil it and obvs wash it but not often at all but ion see no progress and when im twisting my hair with my finger some of them be falling out and thinning to the point where it be falling
Restart and I would advise you not to sponge to hard if you have one. I would recommend using bow wow x king twist (research it and buy it) Wash your hair every few months with your hands - soap and cold water. Dry your hair with a hairdryer. Twist with your hands. Minimise the amount of products that you use or don't use any products. Let me know for more advice.

Yo is it okay to two strand twist some of my Free forms or should I just fully hand twist it my hair is almost at my eyebrow when pulled down
u can 2 strand if it’s skinny and then Just leave it but I would suggest to just keep twisting

most of my skinny locs are congos anyway so they’re combined with atleast one other dread at the root
