Great video. Have a deep discharged battery and no boot logo or any graphics. Power cycling @ 70-280mA. Will not cold boot / reset. Will open it up and check for possible bad caps. Thanks for posting!!

how much will this cost' and were do you t think I can get my iPad charging problem fixed?
I have an A1822 with a short, draws 830ma. At 5:50 that diode marked "BF" is getting hot. If I remove it, no power. I replaced it, but no change. What am I doing wrong?
Perhaps a late comment but this means something after this diode is consuming too much current. With no power, check the resistance to ground at connection after this diode. You may have a shorted capacitor. You can find it with an adjustable power supply set to 1 volt but 3-5A and IPA (alcohol). The IPA will evaporate faster when the injection is done. That is the shorted part.
