Ok so I am really annoyed by this “tutorial”. There are literally parts here that are IMPOSSIBLE for musicians to play. For example, around 2:20 in the left hand, the animation is suggesting that people play 16th notes with the pinky finger and also a completely separate rhythm for the upper parts of the backing chords, which is all before playing the melody in the right hand. This is not a tutorial. This is a soulless, unhelpful piece of algorithmic content that doesn’t reflect the basic realities of playing piano. As someone who covered this song (for real) on an actual piano, this video is complete and utter nonsense. Also, the comments here are all spam. I hate that this video was somehow recommended to me, it’s everything wrong with RUclips right now.
