    Champignons (large) - 10 pcs
    Bulb onion (medium) - 1 pc.
    Bulgarian pepper (red) - 0.5 pcs
    Cream cheese 60% - 150 g
    Nutmeg - pinch
    Salt - to taste
    Freshly ground pepper - to taste
    green onion - optional
    Olive oil (or refined sunflower) - 2 tbsp (per eye)
    1. Onion, pepper, mushroom legs - cut into cubes
    2. Separately fry the peppers in vegetable oil and the onions and mushrooms separately. Then combine in one pan (you can immediately cook together as I have). Add cheese and spices - stir regularly, cook for 1-2 minutes.
    3. Stuff the mushroom caps and send them to a preheated oven to 180 ° C for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan, if desired, 5 minutes before cooking.
