This movie has by far the best animal acting in any live action/animation movie. You could see the emotions in Baloo and Bagheera and all the animals. It was actual acting from the actors. Absolutely amazing movie.

NiaNicole, I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking your time and posting this complete and utterly correct lyrics to this song and at the same time fulfilling the wish of an old man come true. For this I am forever grateful to you. Bless you my dear friend. Mo
This is one of the best end credit songs I ever heard. And the movie, “Mowgli” is one of the best adaptations of The Jungle Book cause it’s so very close to the novel
Kara Marni's voice is totally amazing! I am sooooooo ashamed that I stereotyped her before seeing and hearing this young woman! She truly has soul and is now one of my favorite vocalist! You go girl!
The movie is a masterpiece and this song moves me like no other (literally brings me to tears each time I hear it)...I’m so grateful I got to see it on Netflix and THANK YOU to the creators.
This song is amazing. After watching this movie, for some reason, it reminded me a lot of my childhood. I grew up in an Indian Guyanese household where I was always surrounded by Indian Culture. My great grandparents migrated from India to Guyana in the Caribbean. I never met them, but I would have loved to know what their childhood was like in India. I know something bad had to make them leave, but maybe their childhood was as beautiful as I think it was. I am not going to go on with my life story. Amazing movie!
My great grandmas family came from the forest of North India. They used to travel up and down the mountain, camped by Poonch town a lot, but people began migrating there from the south of India and building cities and villages. They would chase the local nomads away from "their" lands and kill their cattle and sometimes even the people and claim that it was self-defense. So my ancestors chose to travel from India to Europe on foot. They were told that it was going to be better there, less oppression. My grandma said that when they arrived to Europe people were the same as the ones they were running from. They were also confused for European Romani Gypsies. So that side of the family has been associated with Romani Gypsies ever since they came. As a child people accused me of being responsible for their kids bad behavior if they played with me, accused me of stealing, or of being a witch. They always said cause we came from Gypsies. Sad thing is that Roma Gypsies were once Indian Nomads as well. India reminds me of the stories and of how awful humans can be.
@Mahadev Bhakt Kaneki I'm not defending their current actions but Europe used to burn Gypsy caravans and force them to stay in place to pay taxes while white folks accused them if everything without any prove. They were oppressed way before they chose to not trust outsiders. We, very modern and special people, shaped them to be that way. They don't trust our education, medicine, or anything we say. We started it long time ago and now it's kinda hard to undo. My family never stole or did anything wrong, they were always hard workers and I was a good kid. Yet, being white but having Indian ancestry (or as dumb ppl assumed Roma), I was accused of things that I didn't even have control over. Like a spoiled white girl throwing a tantrum like a nut case. Somehow it was my fault and my Indian great grandma (I've never met) was the start of my dark powers. So don't tell me about how evil and wrong they are. Because, although, we all chose how we want to act, they have been shaped into who they are today. Giving them minimal education and medical with lots of judgmental ppl on their tail won't make lawyers out of them and they won't drop their horrible life style to clean our toilets and pay these taxes.
@Mahadev Bhakt Kaneki oh when it comes to my family that left, they lived there for many generations before these ppl came and began chasing them away for not wanting to fit in. Ppl who came there claimed lands with guns and violence and ignored those who were native. Why would they want to get along with those who came, took their homes, and force them to live a different life style. Those who made their point by killing real natives to the area and their cattle. Each story has two sides, so go preach your BS somewhere else. My family left because they were in fear for their lives.
@Mahadev Bhakt Kaneki I'm sure I've mentioned that they lived there for many generations before they finally left. Originally, people did come and start claiming lands. When the laws were out in, oppression didn't stop and niether did the people. Like I said, there are always two sides to the story. Unless you are saying that the nomads are all liars and evil people and all the "normal" folks are the saint who want to only help them. They never target the or killed them. So if I were to go Google it, there will never pop up any violence towards nomadic groups by anyone(I've never done it but Im pretty sure there are some records of such violence). Other cultures and religions have always triggered violance. That's what humans are like.
@Mahadev Bhakt Kaneki Um actually, they left due to oppression by Indians. They didn't speak of any British ppl because they lived in the state regulate by Indians during British Colonization of India. They weren't all regulated by British ppl as far as I know. Also, my family never stopped moving. We have moved countries since then and I've lived in 4 different countries myself. We settled in US and I am actually pretty happy here, I fit in well, and I was young enough to get used to this culture. Unfortunately, I'm first generation to do so. I am probably the first generation on my mother's side to settle down in one country. Although, I love travelling. The point is, I can't be mad at them for their behavior because I can see the other side. I'm sure if you talk to them, they will have their own story. So you can continue on judging and blaming them. I won't bother. They won't fit in for a reason.
Everything about this movie is amazing. I cant believe this is just a Netflix movie. Could have been great in the theaters. Even better than the rest of the Jungle Book movies I've seen. Wonderful effects and the development of the story is appropriate and moving. Beautiful. This song is inspirational too.
