Clock Build S2 - E4 A Brand New Hermle Clock Failed

New 341 Hermle Clock failed to strike after returned to the customer 6 months later. Not sure of the cause. I suspect that the warning pin is jammed between levers. Hope you find the problem I am working on two of them now. I have had the chime stop working too. It seems to be when the time is advanced through the any quarter hour.

I had a similar problem on my Russian cuckoo clock if I tried to wind it up 6 to 7 minutes before full hour chiming. I slightly adjusted the chime starting lever and the problem has gone.

My Hermle clock stopped working after ~60 years. Hope to find the reason. The power coming from the spring hardly reaches the balance wheel....

It needs to be cleaned and oiled properly
