- Typhoon No. 5 is heading north across the sea east of Japan, and there is a risk that it will approach the Tohoku region and make landfall around Monday the 12th, accompanied by strong winds. There is a risk of heavy rain, especially in the Pacific Tohoku region, and the Japan Meteorological Agency is urging strict vigilance against landslides, flooding in low-lying areas, rising river levels and floods.

First thing government announce about cyclone, it's not like earthquake which comes without notice.
When government announce public must start preparing for safety.
Vahical are turning, vehicle must take shelter at back of larger building.
First study which side direct wind is coming, avoid that side go at back . Mean wind will hit building only one side, another side is safe for parking.
Must study flow of wind in each larger building to park cars temporarily during cyclone.
