for anyone who just want to aim sacks , paste bait is the only one who can catch sacks and you just want to strike the smallest fish silluet and bar without blue arrow is always sacks for lvl 10+ fishing lvl , just recast your bait if you reel a blue arrow bar fish
I use paste bait most often, since it is the easiest to get. That being said, I have never caught a sack on anything but paste bait. Never on the other three types.
