Terrifying as it may sound.... Oil pressure on that engine can be as low as 4 to 5 psi at temperature and at idle. Large oil pressure loss usually means trouble at crank pin side clearance. Send flywheel assembly back to S&S let them rebuild it right. Very well may cure your issue. Have fun.
