VENTILATE ERROR at 27,211 brew cycles on 12/31/22.
I read that a stuck Flow Meter might be the cause of the error. A Factory Reset was suggested, so I did that and the Ventilate Error cleared, but it returned on the 1st brew cycle. Since the pump works fine and I had nothing to lose, I continued Ventilating and let the water tank empty, so it really needed to Ventilate. Started with 1 liter of the hottest tap water available, I allowed the tank to empty and then Ventilated using 1.5 liters of boiling water. The Flow Meter must have cleared because I was offered Hot Water or Steam. In the end, the machine is working fine. I had to re-program all of the settings because of the Factory Reset, but my machine lives on. 2023 here we come.

i got a saeco incanto deluxe and i keep getting error brewunit blocked after it goes threw self test brew unit dont line up with the gear but i have got it to cycle to where u can slide the brew unit in but when i turn it on it starts to click and the brew unit getd stuck and have to struggle to get it off. i tryed to get it to go back to home but its not in the right position any help?

I am having trouble to adjust the rotation thing (that makes the group to move) to a new group (is a new group but it is for the same model). How can I make it rotate more so that the water goes through the group and not out?

Hello cindyclarinet, Unfortunately, there isn’t anything specifically you would need to do. Essentially, just power the machine off, then back on, so that it will cycle through and empty anything in the brew unit. After it cycles, you can remove the brew unit to make sure that the grounds have been emptied. - Miranda

You didn't cover the alarm that I see most often with my Incanto: the phantom "dregdrawer full" when drawer is empty, or at least nowhere near full.
I figured out that this happens when grounds pile up on the slanted platform the pucks slide on to get to the drawer when they're ejected from the brew unit. Apparently with some weight on that platform, it assumes the drawer is full. Pull the drawer, reach up in there with a finger and wipe the platform clear, replace the drawer, fixed.
