Nothing to do with the video, but I have two questions. How's the healing process going? I'm also curious, how long did it take you to build to making 9's and 8's an "easy" pace (assuming flat)? I'm working on building my base with a target of getting my "easy" miles to be in 8's somewhere, however slow progress is weighing on my mind. What sparked my question is that for the same effort five months apart I dropped 24bpm, I don't know how to feel about that as it's something but seems like slow progress.
I will do an update video soon with more on my injury. Well that is different for everyone. For me, I have been running since 2005ish, and was much younger and established a base pretty early. Its all about building you aerobic base. It is definitely a slow journey, but keep at it and you will see results!

Depends on how many watts the lights pull. I would think quite a while.
