Plus they cant hit you from the behind so you're technically invincible. I tired itout this combo agaisnt the seeker queen and i beat her in 5 minutes.

Great job on this one, your edits are getting better all the time. Got a lot of info crammed in on this one but it doesn't feel rushed. Also shoutout to the cameo Shenanigans and I got in the troll stave section!

Those are cases where control is much better than a chance of clearing ads you probably already cleared. And then when it procs, as shown here, you can pounce with the axes or let it go with the magic and finish the fight. 💥
Very true! Bows are very individual and specific for certain situations! I have the nature bow on my very hard server and it's absolutely fantastic when you're playing with multiple different people and just unlocking enemies for others to slay
Hi) I managed to create a very strong warrior half-mage. Who has already lived in the ashes for over 20 hours and has not died yet. Starting with landing on the stones, and up to the enhancements. In addition to items, skills are also important. Since the damage inflicted increases more than twice. And the defense from the staff is increased threefold. At the time of entering the ashen lands, 10 skills were developed up to 100 levels. Including sword skills, clubs, elemental magic and blood magic. Also running and jumping. At first, carapace armor was used along with a feather cloak for volatility. Then the armor was replaced with fire-metal, and the cloak remained to remain volatility. For nutrition, one recipe was used for magic, health and endurance. Of the weapons, staves from fogs were mainly used, later a staff of wild nature was added to them. Sometimes a crossbow, a wanderer of fogs, or a destroyer were used for more accurate work. Of course, the opponents tried to kill him, but in response to this I could respond with even stronger aggression. At first, the staff of fire, the ice staff and the resurrector could be used mainly. Later, the main work was done by the staff of the wild nature and the resurrector. Fortunately for the enemies, I had not yet managed to reach level 100 in crossbow shooting. And only 54-57. Otherwise, they would have been in a really bad way) The ability to hover was often used. This way you can confuse and separate enemies at first, jumping on stones. And later, during the siege of fortresses, a high iron tower was built from which you can shoot or fly onto the walls
full disclosure before i give you my opinion, i am the valheim boogeyman, my build pre ashlands saw me using the krom prodominantly with a full set of fenris armor, and 3 stamina foods ontop of that, id carry an eitr food and the eitr weave robes with all of the staffs from mistlands, frost, fire, dead raiser and blood shieldy whatever its name is for other weapons i carry the demolisher and the himminafl, along with skol and hati, the flesh rippers and the mistwalker, for good measure. i wont bore you with what potions i carry or what boss buff i use, just know that i carry an entire armory on me and constantly have to make chests to store dropped loot, because my inventory does not have the space to carry anything. my goal is to put the fear of god into soulless creatures, and id like to think i do so well being able to weave in and out of vastly different playstyles first i want to talk about the slayer, since this is my new primary weapon. for me it came down to looks, i like the default look and i like the bloodstone look, as for their actual abilities i know damn well the lightning enchanted one would objectively be the best, since i often find myself rolling through hordes of enemies, getting a swing or two off and rolling again, that crowd control really would help if youre insistant on using it and youre not the best at dodge rolling or parrying, theres an argument to be made for all three, but id say go with the bloodstone. for any fast hitting weapon, so the sword, axes or spears, the lightning stone will be your best bet, more dps, more crowd control, especially with the spear, or you could put a bloodstone on the axes and use them when youre low HP with the mace, your best options are the nature stone and the lightning stone, my argument for the lightning stone would be that it makes up for the DPS youre missing out on by taking a mace over a sword, in my experience, knockback doesnt knock enemies out of range of chain lightning. if you use it to get mobs off of you (which in my opinion, you shouldnt be doing, just use an atgeirs heavy attack or a demolisher) then obviously you should use the nature stone for ranged weapons, if you use both the bow and the crossbow, your strongest pairing will be using the nature stone on the bow and the lightning stone on the crossbow, you root enemies with your bow, chain lightning with your crossbow, i did something similar with the arbelist and the frost staff when mistlands came out and found it to be very effective. if youre dead set on using the ripper over the bows, then its situational, i imagine id rather have the lightning stone if i were say, attacking a fuling village, otherwise the nature stone would be good if youre backpeddling and tacking on additional damage. for the staffs, ive found the dundr to be unfortunately lackluster in the ashlands, but that hasnt stopped me from using it, its very fun. the troll staff is strong for obvious reasons the one that throws little cluster bombs is just very eh, especially with much better options around the nature staff is good if you really struggle with getting mobbed

I appreciate that you actually put some effort into making content rather than pushing out the same regurgitated click bait that so many other channels do. Every time I see cringey titles like "THINGS I WISH I KNEW SOONER" I remove that channel from my feed.
I'm really not a fan of the clickbaity stuff and I try to stay away from it. Sadly it does work so the thumbnail on this video and the title do feel a bit too clickbaity for my tastes but I figured it wasn't TOO egregious for me. I'll never go full garbage.
In my opinion jade stone with berserker axes is the best option for melee. It has so many hits which makes it super easy to immobilize and stunlock enemies.
I certainly understand why you went chain lightning for the bow I think you're also right with this choice as first, but personally the rootfang is better IMO, due to the rooting for fast enemies, and for supporting your friends.
Himmin-Waffle with the Thundering Bezerkir Axes could be a stellar combo. A circular attack to stagger everyone around you, and then you whale on them with the axes. The chain lightning would jump to each staggered enemy around you, with devastating damage potential. Additionally, the Bloodgeon could be used as a wonderful secondary. Use a reckless 2 handed option as a primary, but when you're low health, switch to the Bloodgeon with a tower shield to stay protected. The Primal Axes do have pretty good potential in 1v1s. Enemies that are immobilized don't attack, so if you never stop attacking, you could keep them in a MASSIVE stun-lock. Great Video!!
a lightning slayer is so good at killing morgens though. you can take it out with 3 or so well placed parries plus being able to hit multiple enemies means more chances to proc the lightning effect.
What i did with the ripper was apply the blood stone. I set up attacks by starting off with 25hp then eating all high health foods then letting off my attacks before the health bar fills up. You basically one shot fallen Valkyries and Morgens
Great video! Another point on the bloodstones as a magic user, when you raise your sekeletons and put a bubble, your health is relatively low and your probably out of eitr so using that time with a blood fang or ripper might be good? Also I love the nature effect on the mace but why did they make it look like a jolly rancher
If you are going magic you will have a GREAT time😁 Going full magic now with ashlands, i have stashed my mele weapons and only carry and axe and pickaxe with me. The rest is the staffs and im having so much fun with it. Some guy i am watching on twitch went mele focus + the ripper and he is having a way diffirent experience than me in the ashland, dying allot and fighting enemies non stop almost😂
Absolutely amazing video, and pairing your voice with it does wonders. I'm not sure if anyone's brought it up, and to be fair it's not the most relevant, but I don't think you mentioned the enhancements for the Splitnir? While I believe that it's not exactly the most worth going over, having a bit missing from the overall video is a little weird, and it also would help the whole 5 people who use spears 😂
I do agree! It wasn't that I just hate the spear in the Ashlands. It's literally just forgetfulness. I didn't realize I forgot that section until it was too late.
im a huge great sword fan (actually any big weapon does the trick for me) and i have used the krom since the start of the mistlands and got the slayer as soon as possible. the bloodstone seems to be the best choice for the slayer because i am usually missing like 180 hp
Hahaha I get that! I do like the greatswords. They can be so fantastic in the right hands. I have to spend some real time with them to get used to them again.
No new Atgeir? The Atgeir, excluding boss fights, is the best melee weapon in the game. You can stagger so many tough enemies (in mobs) with the secondary attack and keep them off of you. Running through the Plains and Mistlands with an Atgeir was GG for everything else. I'm so disappointed if they don't have a new version of it in the Ashlands. In any case, great vid showing all the new stuff!
For how good Himminafl is in mistlands, it's surprisingly underperforming in Ashlands if we compare it to previous atgeirs and entry biomes. Other than for slapping Morgens and Asksvins, it's kinda meh. Ashlands enemies have very quick stagger recovery and low knockback resistance. Hard to capitalize on a stunned target if it's not an Asksvin.
@@galbatrollix5125 Agreed. You normally have a brief moment to rush in and take advantage of the stagger bonus, but in Ashlands they recover too quickly. I still carry it to knock everything around me backwards if too many get too close, but it's not as useful as other previous biomes. It is absolutely the best non-boss melee weapon in the game prior to Ashlands IMO.
Thanks, Waffles! I stopped watching after the initial section. I've died twice in the Ashlands. The first go, I was switching between Mistwalker/carapace shield and Staff of Frost. I equipped Frostner when I returned to get my stuff and I liked that a bit better. The knockback does help. All was going fine, until I tried to chop down a tree and got swarmed by vultures (whatever the name is) while having 0 stamina. Nerfing the Feather Cape just feels wrong (probably more realistic, but I'm not used to it being very weak to fire).
There aren't that many sources of fire damage in the ashlands, even lava is "heat", not fire. But there also aren't that many reason to fear fall damage. I wouldn't worry too much about the feather cape.
Demolisher 👍 More damage-efficient than the Himminafl for aoe crowd control in the Ashlands and generally better at cheesing. Speaking of cheesy blunt trauma, having a stack of Bile Bombs when you're out of stamina/eitr might save your life💥
W video, but I definitely wouldn’t say the new magic weapons are “fantastic” I mean the Troll Staff and the Staff of the Wild are ok (although I’d argue they should be buffed) But the Dundr and especially Staff of Fracturing are terrible. The fracturing staff is basically Staff of Embers but not nearly as good, you do slightly more damage (IF you get a direct hit on your enemy) but lose a TON of range. Which is awful considering in most situations you’re gonna be against a group of mobs in the game And the Dundr only does good damage up close against an enemy, which is dangerous considering mages should keep their distance due to low defense. A lighting magic weapon should been a staff that summons a huge bolt from the sky or something Unless they all get big buffs, the new magic weapons are inferior to the mist land weapons
NOOOO I'm a huge fan of both! They just have specific use cases. Dundr is especially fun if you have highish magic skill. I am usually a pretty dangerous mage, meaning I'm always sticking close to enemies, so using the Dundr just makes sense. And if absolutely obliterates morgens. Fracturing is okay, but I think the AOE balls need an individual buff. I don't prefer it over the staff of frost.
The bloodstone seems so strangely underwhelming compared to the other two. I feel like if they switched the effect around so that enemies take more damage the lower their health gets, it would fit in much better.
That's a neat idea! I wonder if it would work.. like you don't need more damage when an enemy is already one shot, but.. you also never really want to be missing 100+ health to get a decent damage boost..
I just realized why the troll staff looks so damn familiar. I played Warcraft 3 before it was cool(uncool). I played the campaign a hundred times over with all the multiplayer mods etc. There's one skill that stuck in my mind tho... the awesome Infernal (or infernal golem).
Great video for the gamers! But what if a person just wants to unlock the new recipes? Is there even a reason to go into this biome if I am not into fighting all the time?🤔
If you are playing on very hard literally just get the axes with lightning and something to apply the jade rooting debuff. Magic is also busted. Troll is nuts and staff of the wild. Coupled with a ice staff and staff of protection with maybe the skeleton summons and your're chillin. Magic is extremely easy mode compared to melee unfortuantely. Do not ever touch the blood version of the weapons. You aren't taking damage, you're dying if you get remotely hit by anything.
From my experience the Zerker Axes are absolutely the best option out there, as the first one to craft and a general go to weapon: With only one good Eitr food you pop up the shield staff, giving you enough breathing room so not to care about defence; Ask Set lowers stamina consumption so to swing those Axes freely for quite some time; With all of the above you can chop down a Morgen with a constant chain of attacks in a mere seconds. Upgreading Axes to Lightning dmg makes 'em quite a viable AoE option too and I had no problem going against several Warriors at once. Get the Bonemass and a few potions out and you can just run into the Fortresses head on and play you avarage Berserker trope. Super fun and effective weapon. I pair it with Staff of the Wild for the passive crowd control and possible flankings. Maces are fairly pointless in Ashlands, in my opinion, since you can rock the Demolisher, that is way better with crowd control and have a huge AoE. And with the local fauna dencity, AoE knockback is a king. Before Axes, the Mistwalker seems more effecient against single target, slowing it down, allowing flanking. Demolisher is the real MVP of conquering Ashlands.
i like how you ended up not even mentioning gem-enhanced splitnirs :P serves em right for being pointless despite being the pointiest melee weapon lmao then again, if my theory is true, they may well be useful in the deep north once it's updated...
Yeah I kind of forgot to write that section and only noticed at the last minute. I didn't want to go back and add it. But generally the splitnir is a bit underwhelming for the ashlands but it does hit quickly. So the lightning and nature options are pretty decent. But charred enemies are resistant to Pierce so it's hard to recommend
I completely forgot about it until the edit and then felt too lazy to go back and record anything for it. Slight oversight but I'm just not a fan of the spears in the Ashlands, I feel like they'd be a waste. Pierce just seems so useless, unfortunately.
Idk if its my skill level with Spears (above 80) but with the shock spear I am able to stun lock Morgens, 2 hit askvins, 2 hit marksmen and deal decently with warriors once I got used to parrying them.
That's not a quick question to answer. It depends on your play style. But generally the heavy armor is good for everyone, id say. But the ask armor is pretty fantastic too. More damage negation is worthwhile in the Ashlands though.
@@WafflesGamesProbably it has most projectiles that hits into enemy. I tried Fracturing staff and ice staff aswell, in terms ol leveling mage, but Dundr was fastest to level up, as long as you go close and try to hit all projectiles
Tower shields have their place! It just depends on a few factors. They have relatively high base block armor but no parry bonus. So if you just hold it up against multiple enemies, it's good but you can't take advantage of staggering enemies with a perfectly timed block. I prefer round shields or bucklers but tower shields definitely can be handy.
I have a local dedicated server and i log on with the loopback address and ashlands still lags. I hate ashlands. I was running last night from a 2 star warrior and i was about 100 feet in front of it when out of no where, i flew into the air and server said i was dead. I had full health and bonemass on.. no idea what killed me. But when my server cheats, i cheat.. A note on knock back. Put enemies between you and another player and just knock them back and forth. Kills them fast and they cant do crap haha
Yeah I definitely acknowledge their effectiveness now that I've been reading the comments. It makes a lot of sense but my natural inclination is to recommend more damage for them.
@@WafflesGamesProbably With damage, i have all the Gems and sword types now, in my experience in all of them the Scourge slayer is really really good (Lightning greatsword. The berserkir axes are super good once you get the combo going, but wen your up against enemies that oneshot you and have very strong poise i just rely on my stab attack with the greatswword, tho a mace is still better in all of them for playing safe.
I find it very handy for putting up distractions that deal a decent amount of damage. I think the immobilization is pretty solid but maybe the percentage should be buffed. Otherwise I love using this staff!
Yeah the Ashlands music isn't my favorite. I'm hoping for a bit of a rework. I thought about changing it to something different but the Ashlands music felt appropriate.
They missed a step with the nature stone where the effects “root” enemies. In terms of magic though i wish they did something similar to the melee stuff where you upgrade staffs into their stoned up counterparts
hi am i the only one whos game is crashing when i load into a game and sorry english is not my first langue so there will be some words i dont know how to write if u could help me i would be happy
What keeps some of you playing? Honest question. I played for months when it released on xbox but once I got to Mistlands.. the game nose dived for me. Never fought the Queen so i havent really tried the Ashlands. The combat is pretty lacking and the game lacks content overall. Sure, you can build another base but it means nothing. The progression is super linear and that alone kills any mystery for me.
I'm primarily a builder. 75% of my playtime has been erecting elaborate structures; most of which are raid proof. The combat stays fresh because of the varied playstyles offered by the weapons and gear. No single weapon does everything well. Item management and base upkeep are kind of a drag, but making a treasure room with signs to organize makes it less of a pain. The escalation of danger between the biomes is exciting. The mist lands was the worst because of the topography and fog. Ashland's delivers much more action, but at least it is flat and the air is clear aside from wafting fumes. To each their own, I guess
Nope. Himminafl is already a lightning polearm, so maybe they figured it was redundant. Also pierce isn't a great damage type in the ashlands.. it's unfortunate, but there are many fun things to compensate.
@elgrifolorian well, there aren't any fire gems in the ashlands which in itself is relatively surprising, given the theme. I don't disagree that it's unfortunate to be missing a rather popular weapon type. Melee crowd control is pretty much just on the mace now, or life enchantment.
berzerkir axes actually are a great combo with the jade stone when fighting against bosses or tank enemies, once you get them rooted with the vines, you go behind their back and start spamming attacks keeeping them perma-rooted. Definitely! It's a great choice for sure but I tend to prefer the other enhancements for the axes

I agree. Lord Reto doesn’t even move when you bring these in to fight him. Really OP

if youre insistant on using it and youre not the best at dodge rolling or parrying, theres an argument to be made for all three, but id say go with the bloodstone.
for any fast hitting weapon, so the sword, axes or spears, the lightning stone will be your best bet, more dps, more crowd control, especially with the spear, or you could put a bloodstone on the axes and use them when youre low HP
with the mace, your best options are the nature stone and the lightning stone, my argument for the lightning stone would be that it makes up for the DPS youre missing out on by taking a mace over a sword, in my experience, knockback doesnt knock enemies out of range of chain lightning. if you use it to get mobs off of you (which in my opinion, you shouldnt be doing, just use an atgeirs heavy attack or a demolisher) then obviously you should use the nature stone

I would love the bloodstone to instead absorb health from enemies hit, healing you and keeping you in the fight.
I agree that would be an awesome implementation!
Great video! Another point on the bloodstones as a magic user, when you raise your sekeletons and put a bubble, your health is relatively low and your probably out of eitr so using that time with a blood fang or ripper might be good? Also I love the nature effect on the mace but why did they make it look like a jolly rancher
Absolutely a great use case I should have added to the video! Damn! Haha I actually have come to really like the look of the Klossy
Battlemage ftw!
If you are going magic you will have a GREAT time😁
Going full magic now with ashlands, i have stashed my mele weapons and only carry and axe and pickaxe with me.
After testing staff of wilds gets consistently faster clears on just about everything in the game....its crazy good if you use it correctly
im a huge great sword fan (actually any big weapon does the trick for me) and i have used the krom since the start of the mistlands and got the slayer as soon as possible. the bloodstone seems to be the best choice for the slayer because i am usually missing like 180 hp
Yeah the justification is likely that the himminafl has lightning damage already and I kinda get it but I don't have to like it.
@@solson223 Playing with 2 People, i find it extremly helpful at raiding a Fortress
Awesome video!
Awesome video, and great commentary!
Thanks!!
@@arthanor9631 thanks for the info regarding the Ashlands. Using the Feather Cape was a lot of fun and i greatly helped me out in the Mistlands.
Hahaha! That's a pretty standard first experience! But you got this!
Demolisher 👍 More damage-efficient than the Himminafl for aoe crowd control in the Ashlands and generally better at cheesing. Speaking of cheesy blunt trauma, having a stack of Bile Bombs when you're out of stamina/eitr might save your life💥
Troll staff is definitely a must, it makes clearing charred Fortesses a breeze
gotta love the devs sense of humor with the new weapon names please tell me i'm not the only one that gets the mace joke
Are you talking about the Klossen?
Fun Video. Bit disappointed that you forgot Dyrnwyr tho 😢
Best. Video. Ever. Edit on this one is lovely.
Thanks!!!
W video, but I definitely wouldn’t say the new magic weapons are “fantastic”
I mean the Troll Staff and the Staff of the Wild are ok (although I’d argue they should be buffed)
But the Dundr and especially Staff of Fracturing are terrible. The fracturing staff is basically Staff of Embers but not nearly as good, you do slightly more damage (IF you get a direct hit on your enemy) but lose a TON of range. Which is awful considering in most situations you’re gonna be against a group of mobs in the game
And the Dundr only does good damage up close against an enemy, which is dangerous considering mages should keep their distance due to low defense. A lighting magic weapon should been a staff that summons a huge bolt from the sky or something
Unless they all get big buffs, the new magic weapons are inferior to the mist land weapons
Staff of frost works great in Ashlands, but you also need to get close for full effect.
I'm playing with friends and I've slipped into a kind of tank job. I was thinking the vine magic stuff would go well with that.
greatt video!!! 🔥🔥
The bloodstone seems so strangely underwhelming compared to the other two. I feel like if they switched the effect around so that enemies take more damage the lower their health gets, it would fit in much better.
That's a neat idea! I wonder if it would work.. like you don't need more damage when an enemy is already one shot, but.. you also never really want to be missing 100+ health to get a decent damage boost..
excellent video dude
Thanks!!
I just realized why the troll staff looks so damn familiar. I played Warcraft 3 before it was cool(uncool). I played the campaign a hundred times over with all the multiplayer mods etc. There's one skill that stuck in my mind tho... the awesome Infernal (or infernal golem).
Great video. Can you chop trees with the Berserkir axes?
You sure can! Slightly different animation but it works the same.
Depends if you plays solo or in a group, knockback is a nightmare in a group...
Great video for the gamers! But what if a person just wants to unlock the new recipes? Is there even a reason to go into this biome if I am not into fighting all the time?🤔
Yeah the new weapons and magic sets are fun to play with! But other than that, it's not a particularly serene biome but it's a new one to conquer!
From my experience the Zerker Axes are absolutely the best option out there, as the first one to craft and a general go to weapon:
With only one good Eitr food you pop up the shield staff, giving you enough breathing room so not to care about defence;
Ask Set lowers stamina consumption so to swing those Axes freely for quite some time;
With all of the above you can chop down a Morgen with a constant chain of attacks in a mere seconds.
Please make video how to craft those items next
Thanks m8!
Bloody nidhogg absolutely slaps, but unfortunately it sucks against morgens which are weak to storm damage
i like how you ended up not even mentioning gem-enhanced splitnirs :P
serves em right for being pointless despite being the pointiest melee weapon lmao
then again, if my theory is true, they may well be useful in the deep north once it's updated...
Haha I realized that in edit and then just figured meh. Hard meh.
Hunting for whales/seals like monsters between ice floes by throwing your spear? Wouldn't that be cool!
@@arthanor9631 Actually, making the spear throwable would be pretty neat.
@randomaccessfemale what? The spear already can be thrown. It's It's special attack
@@arthanor9631 Didn't know. What's the range of the throw?
Go in, use blood magic for shield, blood magic for troll summon. Pull out your new bloodstone arbalest with all that stacked damage. Rinse and repeat
Why bloodstone? Its the absolute worst of all the 3 stones
Yep very effective indeed!!
Could you release another video with recommendations for the enhancement of the Splitnir spear?
Yeah I kind of forgot to write that section and only noticed at the last minute. I didn't want to go back and add it. But generally the splitnir is a bit underwhelming for the ashlands but it does hit quickly. So the lightning and nature options are pretty decent. But charred enemies are resistant to Pierce so it's hard to recommend
no suggestions on enchanted spear? or is the pierce resistance so high that its not worth?
I completely forgot about it until the edit and then felt too lazy to go back and record anything for it. Slight oversight but I'm just not a fan of the spears in the Ashlands, I feel like they'd be a waste. Pierce just seems so useless, unfortunately.
Idk if its my skill level with Spears (above 80) but with the shock spear I am able to stun lock Morgens, 2 hit askvins, 2 hit marksmen and deal decently with warriors once I got used to parrying them.
Nice 💪
ill never use spears just for the crappy attack animation and they always miss for no reason
do you suggest making the armor set first or the weapons ?
and if i should make the weapons first what armor set should i use
That's not a quick question to answer. It depends on your play style. But generally the heavy armor is good for everyone, id say. But the ask armor is pretty fantastic too. More damage negation is worthwhile in the Ashlands though.
I'm thinking it would be better to leave the lightning damage to the Himmnafl rather than your mace.
Oh, listen to that documentary narrator voice.
Hahaha! Thanks!
Cant wait to get to the ashlands myself, so i can watch videos on valheim without spoiling myself again
Sorryyyyyyy
@@WafflesGamesProbably i just gotta be faster, i guess XD
Ah well, have been missing out on your last couple vidoes though
6:56 you say: "you get a +15% bonus to pierce damage" e.e it says 10% but i liked the rest of the video vm c:
I found when you thrust with a sword it does alot of peirce damage agains askvin and skeletons
For mage build users. Dundr is the best staff to level your magic up.
Oooo you think so?
@@WafflesGamesProbably it has most projectiles that hits into enemy. I tried Fracturing staff and ice staff aswell, in terms ol leveling mage, but Dundr was fastest to level up, as long as you go close and try to hit all projectiles
You even have the "full disclosure" voice, for the first section...from ptb, my opinions, etc lol
Hahaha!
Best video i love you
No no no I love YOU!
Does the immobilization works against bosses?
As far as I know it doesn't but I haven't experimented enough. that's a good idea for a video
How do you charge your bow so quickly? For me it loads twice as slowly?
skill lvl
Red slayer, blue axes, green xbow.
This would be great if the upd would actually come through to xbox
If i run The mace and berserker axes Can i use a tower shield or is it bad?
Id argue Green Berserkir axes are better and superior, They attack quicker than all Melee Weapons which means more chance to apply Root to enemies
I used to love the spear :(
To bad those skills in Spear are kinda useless now in the Ashlands
3:16 Larry and Jerry o7
hmmm Iolite stone to Himminafl??
1 Star Asksvin one shotting someone with full Flametal Armor set...
Is it compatible with previous saves?
Sure is!
Staff of wild far better than trollstav. It got buffed now seriously OP.
I feel like the vine stave needs to have a decent chance to immbilize enemies. Otherwise it's severely underwhelming from what I've witnessed.
I find it very handy for putting up distractions that deal a decent amount of damage. I think the immobilization is pretty solid but maybe the percentage should be buffed. Otherwise I love using this staff!
@@WafflesGamesProbably Do the enemies attack the vines? I thought they were like a timed instance that eventually went away.

Is this update out on Xbox?
idk why the music is giving me a headache. iots like two songs are bign played at the same time. other than that great showcase
I want to be a magical archer.
When is that coming out for Xbox? 🤔
hi am i the only one whos game is crashing when i load into a game and sorry english is not my first langue so there will be some words i dont know how to write
if u could help me i would be happy
I'm not sure but maybe another commenter can?
Do you play with mods? Valheim alone shouldn't crash, but it's likely mods aren't updated yet and could cause issues.
No pole arms?
Nope. Himminafl is already a lightning polearm, so maybe they figured it was redundant. Also pierce isn't a great damage type in the ashlands.. it's unfortunate, but there are many fun things to compensate.
@arthanor9631 but a fire polearm would have been cool. Polearms are my go to crowd control.
@elgrifolorian well, there aren't any fire gems in the ashlands which in itself is relatively surprising, given the theme. I don't disagree that it's unfortunate to be missing a rather popular weapon type. Melee crowd control is pretty much just on the mace now, or life enchantment.
pretty sure he died in 12:02. nice video
Absolutely Delicious lol
stop the Storm Star slander. I'm goated with Maces.
