I am a certified Admin. I was lucky to jump on a program that run Salesforce admin for free at the time. So, I felt like I could get some information on SF consultant course. It is quite expensive to learn. Over $1k for a 2 day course.
Hi Thank you for the video. But I can't find any courses. I end up on a page with bullets and subtitles more in to advertisement not lessons or course? Where exactly can I find the courses Thank you
Exactly what I need I just have one question why there isn’t Salesforce Administrator in the bar search how can I get a Salesforce administrator courses and thanks for your efforts
Thanks Laura, the Salesforce ecosystem is full of great opportunities. The average salaries are great as you've described. It is definitely not as easy to break into as some people like to make it sound. However, by putting in the work and networking with Salesforce professionals, such as at local User Groups, it is attainable for most.
Hey, I am currently in the process of transitioning my career from customer service to customer success. To gain knowledge and skills in CRM, I am planning to utilize Trailhead as a learning platform. As someone from a non-technical background, I would appreciate your guidance on the recommended study path for learning the software specifically for customer relationship management.
@@Kuveraurvi I recommend doing trails on Trailhead with a filter of User for Role and filter for Beginner and filter for Sales Cloud. This will be a good starting place to give you some more familiarity with this realm.

The Trailhead courses are some of the most painfully boring courses to follow. They really need to get something done about the extremely low level of participant engagement during those courses.
The courses do have their challenges. I’ll be done with the admin trail mix in about a week. I think for me, what is difficult is they don’t explain the why behind half of the processes they walk you through. As I continue I do have ‘aha’ moments but I wish it flushed it out more.

I'm a big fan, I'm from egypt and love your style, I want to learn how to work as an accountant remtotely Can you give me some advice please?!
does this job require strong communication skills and human interaction? if yes, which path within Salesforce requires less of those soft skills?
If I devote myself to this fully over the next year. Can I really land a job in this without experience or a college degree?
Thank yo
