Hey brother love your vidoes. Thanks for the info you put out to help others. Im just over 400lbs and i know im getting close to a major medical event if i dont do something soon. I feel called to juice feasting as my path. Knowing that after a feast of 90 or 100 days i then will have stronger willpower to eat healthy raw after. I know you said in one of your videos to reach out to you to chat. Id love to ask you some questions along my journey if you dont mind. The 3 off the top of my head right now would be.
    1) obviously fruit juices are easy but the green are still difficult for me. Ive made the lemon ginger blast and its doable but doesnt get me excited. And while im trying to successfuly transition to juice only and not go get a burger instead of spending the next hour prepping and cleaning up this eh green juice lol. So i was wondering if for the first week or so would it be ok to say cut the ginger and turmeric and parsley and cilantro. And just make apples and lemon and cucumber and celery and some kale juice. Im doing 6 juices a day. Orange, pinapple, watermelon, then 3 green juices of lemon ginger blast. Would it be ok to modify the 3 green to what i said above just to transition to juice only and then maybe after couple days add in the other ingredients of the lgb? Or would this be way too much sugar to have those 3 fruit juices and then my 3 green have more apples than normal. Like would that be too much sugar etc or do you think this would be a good transiton plan.
    2) supplements. Mostly parasite supps. I have a gi broom and the 2 parasite cleanse herbs bottles from dr morse. Should i take them with my juice feast or wait till after the feast? Im thinking with to get the parasites gone to have more control over hunger. But i want to be safe with my gut as well.
    3) this ties into question 2. So that other guy shane says to do benzonite clay and physilium husk to clear out the mucus plaques while juice fasting. But he had alot of gut issues after his feast. And you said with gillian that you didnt have any gut issues. Do you think the clay and husk hurt him or helped him? Safe or too much for the gutt? Thanks for your input man. If you are ok with it my email is palifeagent81@gmail.com. id love your input and guidance and help to literally save my life here. Thanks again.

Hey man! I’m new to this whole juice scene. Any recommendations between this and the Nama? Then it is worth getting the Nama juicer/blender combo or just the juicer. It’s kind of overwhelming with all the choices out now. Any recommendations would be helpful

Hey! Great questions! They are both great options and I definitely recommend them both.
I like the Auto10 a little bit better for these reasons:
      1. More powerful motor. 240 watts vs 200 on the J2.
      2. Longer run time of 45 min vs 30 on the J2
      3. Pulp outlet chute is a bit bigger so less clogging potential on the Auto10
      4. Sorbet attachment included vs not on the J2
      5. Larger 100 oz hopper included on the Auto10 vs extra purchase on the J2
The price is a bit more for the Auto10, but if you bought the bigger hopper as an add-on for the J2, the price is still less than the Auto10
So it really comes down to if the longer run time and more powerful motor on the Auto10 are preferable to you or not
Honestly they are both really solid juicers and you’ll love either one.
They both have 15 year warranties on both motor and parts so that is fantastic
I have a $70 off discount code for the AUTO10.
      My code is: JUICEFEASTER
      geni.us/Auto10
I also have a code for the Nama too if you decide to go that route:
      Save $55 Nama J2: JUICEJ210
      geni.us/NamaJ2
With regards to the Nama C2, it’s also a great option.
I think it’s the perfect set-up for people who want both a great cold press juicer AND an awesome high speed blender in one machine.
It’s way less expensive for it than if you were to buy a good juicer like the Nama J2 and a good high speed blender like the Vitamix separately.
Plus this one comes with two online courses on juicing and blending, 5 & 10 day meal plans, 50+ video tutorials etc. which is another $100.
I think it’s a pretty great value for the price point to get a great juicer AND high speed blender all in one.
I also have an $80 off discount code for it too.
      My code is: JUICEJ210
      Here’s the link to it:
