@@nineinchrails3361 But this one seems has a unique effect. A je ne sais quoi coming from the casting, settings, the times of the day they shoot at to pull out so many beautiful colour pallets, the performances and how it goes with the song to elevate it all make it a pretty neat thing. I personally prefer having the video on to just listening to the audio, which is a rarity for me.

Discovered this song only a few hours ago after hearing that delightful bassline and equally delightful chord changes over the hotel PA system. Shazam didn't let me down. Song released in 2018, yet chancing across it in 2024. Hour 2 on repeat and counting. I'm no DJ, but Miss Sun by Boz Scaggs would mix nicely before or after this song.
Listen to his music, he’s a genuine artist who is heavily influenced by yacht rock but it isn’t a gimmick

I discovered this song last November. I traveled to a different country almost every other week from that point. I obsessively listened to this album and this song in particular. I love this song so much. And it reminds me of a time when we were free to travel and explore.

Totally agreed. I'm a cantankerous 62 year old black man and I am a music snob. These guys are the most interesting. Almost all of their stuff has a certain psychedelic gleam. Lots of sweet interesting sounds in contrast to the rasty, robotic autotuned machine-and-ego music of say Kanye and pretty much all the hip hop in the world of commercial music. Madlb, J-Dilla, Homeboy Sandman, people like her or that Ethiopian guy they just found, the one who was exiled in the '70s for his revolutionary lyrics. The beat goes on.
