Answer for the Question asked at the end :
Yes, the government will intervene if a religious community practices infanticide. This is because infanticide means killing the infant after he/she is born. In this case, this is a crime and the our constitution does not allow a crime to take place even if, it is a religious practice of a community. This is a criminal offence as well as violation to social harmony.
