We just did the same around the time your video was posted. I think you forgot to mention that the powertrain and battery warranties are still active if the vehicle was purchased with low enough miles (ours had around 38000). Our research revealed that the stigma of buying a GM vehicle is (partly) offset by high-mileage reliability of the propulsion battery system. Couple this with various incentives offered by your local utility and state (sales tax exempt in our state) along with many, many lease returns being returned putting downward pressure on prices, Bolt EV may be a compelling value. All the best!

I just paid $29K for a left over 2020 Bolt Premier with 8 miles on it! Got gel cushions from Costco for the seats and they are good now! Also got a spare from EBay that fits perfectly under the upper cover in the trunk of the Premier as the subwoofer and amp are in the tub below! Had a Focus EV before and this car is superior in all respects, love the Apple car play and internet surfing when out and about and Waze is an awesome map system, better than any factory one I have owned! Forward collision already slammed the brakes on and saved me from someone who pulled around a corner and stopped!

Nikki from Transport Evolved had recently put out a review of the Chevrolet Bolt that she had driven past 50 K miles. In that video, she told about the tires that she had on the Bolt as of current time. Tires that she were quite happy with.

I've been looking into the Bolt for many reasons, the most important being performance. It has a really good 0-60, max speed and range. It can't really be beat unless you go with an expensive Tesla. It's disappointing that it cuts corners in very important aspects like driver/passenger comfort. At least on the used market, the Hyundai IONIQ (2017-2019) are good options but they have the exact opposite issues - acceptable performance but great interior quality.
