I just have a feeling he will see to it that addiction/mental health care is made more easily accessible and an honorable thing to do. He’s a shining example for everyone and shows that doing The Work to heal yourself and end generational trauma and be proud of that instead of ashamed, is going to help a lot of men and society as a whole, in turn. I am so encouraged and hopeful because men are hurting and lonely and so many don’t have good fathers and they feel lost, for them to see what he has become after what he went thru as a child….that would encourage anyone. Especially men. I hope he shows men it’s ok to cry and the greatest gift you can give yourself is to do The Work of healing and fighting to get better. I am so hopeful. I say this as a mother of two precious children who are missing their extremely traumatized father, he has to be separate from us right now due to his addiction to alcohol and behavioral issues. But he is a good man. He’s the kind of man that needs JD Vance as an example to end generational trauma for our families and society.
