if you analyse the 2023 "3.13" from max park, i checked it frame by frame and he solved the cube in 2.87 seconds. what a guy edit: slow playback speed to 0.25 and try to pause it from and carefully look at the cube and try to pause it at the time he solved it. 4:44 - 4:47 if you're wondering where i did it
It couldve been easier when you used editing but yeah, the 0.26 was prob from the time it took to press the stop button and the time taken to get the cube
the comparison is unfair, today there are completely different cubes, they move very easily with magnets, a completely different league, it's like comparing old cars to today's
Yeah okay that’s fine and dandy. You look up the tutorial… “First you need to make the white cross opposite the yellow center piece” 🙄 no dammit I want to know how to do it in 5 seconds not 5 hours
They should make a bluetooth cube that pings when the cube is solved to turn off the timer. That way the timer records when the cube is actually solved rather than when its dropped on the stackmat.
"Is this the world record?"
- " Yes, it is"
"Ok"
lmao
I didn't know that feliks always kept a pyraminx in his pants in 2016
UHASHUASUHASHU
thats the master pyraminx
😭😭😭
LOL THWTS THE MASTER BIQ L PIRQMinx

I think as a wr single is so hard to break now having a world lead that resets every year like in sprinting would be a cool concept
Well for that is the year filter on the WCA
But it is broken now

3:37 i never knew felix hid a pyraminx in his pants..
Well,he sure was happy for achieving the world record 😅😊
What people were actually clapping for
@@rageboi2166 for the world record
Max Park's first and second celebration are the same lol
So true😂
3:40 bro Felils got a huge one in his pants hahaha wtf
Mine is bigger.
As time goes on the efficiency of technology lends a hand. Early ones are clunky, later ones are smooth as butter.
Methods have improved as well. There is more information now then ever before.

22 second on a Rubik's brand is crazy
1982 solve is better than my record 💀
I was happy to break 2 minutes 😂
Imagine the times of some of these early guys had they had a speed cube.
Ruihang’s 4.06:
2024 : Yiheng Wang, 2:54 ? :)
22 seconds is still faster than my pb
Great video and well done for finding everything; it must have taken a lot of work!
However, Asher's 3.89 was from May 2022, not 2021
Thank you fir the feedback

Cubing changed so much from just 2003 to 2008

the question you should never ask to speedcubers
"OK, Then what?"

That's literally how top cubers solve the cube in 3-5 seconds
@@ElieBensaid literally? Like, out of a book?
The book says to make a cross. Even today top cubers still start by making a cross on the bottom (they dont need the book anymore ofc)
The first record is viet nam
