Nice review. Osprey is one of the first popular packs I purchased back in the 90’s. It’s been all over the world, and it still looks and packs great! Osprey builds very good packs!
Amazing review, thank you so much! You've convinced me to get one for my partner as a birthday gift. I managed to order it from a local store for less than €68 - about $80 (so I feel extra smug if you think $120 was a steal!)
Great review, I've been searching high and low for a decent backpack of this kind. Think I'll get myself an Osprey Nebula after seeing this. Thank you!
Awesome pack. Have been using it for a few months. Question. Any tips to add a carryon sleeve or attach to roller luggage handles? I noticed some loops around the straps so many a carabiner for quick connection? Last trip I had was both work and camping back to back. Had to take Osprey Volt 75 backpack, Nebula (work stuff and laptop) and standard carryon roller luggage (work clothes). Kind of made it work by wrapping the sternum strap of the Nebula around the carryon handle but wasn't as tight as a sleeve. Everything else has been great but I'm sure I'll figure out a way to work out the last little detail.
Great review . I have this bag but just got the North Face Surge 2021 edition but it was a rash decision as the Nebular is far more comfortable especially if you are going any distance !
Awesome video! Are the compression straps removable at all? Unhooking the straps to get into the admin panel seems like it can wear on you over time? Thanks man!
Thanks for the great review @RMKOutdoors! For commuting, school, and work purposes, do you think that the Osprey Nebula or the Osprey Tropos bag would be better?
Hey, sick review! Im looking for a new bag for school and I carry my laptop and some extra clothes for the gym and shoes and a basketball, I've fit that all in a bag before but do you think a basketball could fit at the bottom with a laptop in the laptop compartment?
Hey Trevor, What do you think about this bag compared to the new Recon and Surge from North Face? I am between the 2021 recon, 2021 surge, and this pack for similar uses to you? thanks and keep the videos coming!
I have gotten this question a ton, I probably should do a complete separate comparison. Honestly, I like the Osprey the best, it just feels the best on my back and it is simple while having plenty of organization for my daily use!
@@rmkvisions I know you more recently reviewed the new recon. You still think the Osprey is the best option? I have a similar build and curious about the strap comfort of them? A comparison video would do quite well! I would love it. Also awaiting your review of on running shoes ive seen you wear. I love mine.
I do think the Osprey is the better option overall. I think the back panel is more comfortable and overall I just like the layout of the Osprey more! I like my Ons for every day use a ton, I like a few other dedicated running shoes a bit more for everyday training though - Hope this helps!
Thanks for the great review! Would a 17 or 18 inch keyboard fit inside of it? I have the MX Keys, so the keybaord itself is 17", but the box and carrying cases I've found so far are 17.75-18", so depending on which pocket (tech vs main compartment), I might need a carrying case. Thanks!
Hey there, I would say the North face Surge backpack would be the closest to this bag. I used to have the surge and it was an amazing bag as well. To be honest I'm not sure which one I like more
Thanks for the response, I ordered this on sale through REI co-op. Maybe for future videos you can comment and demonstrate how Nalgene bottles can or can not fit in the bottle pockets. That’s been a struggle to find information on. And the bottle is pretty common and big so if it fits we will know most other bottles will fit.
Bro! Thanks for the solid review. Legit the only person that mentioned the suspended laptop storage space. I’m sold. Thanks again
That's great to hear, I'm glad I could help. It's definitely one of the best laptop compartments I've used on a pack!

Yes they do, some of my favorite for sure!

Glad I could help! You won’t be disappointed !
Excellent review man. Simple and thorough at the same time.
Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed it!
I dig this pack. I was set to pull the trigger on an Osprey Quasar but I started looking closer at this Nebula. More than likely going for this one.
It's a great pack, I think much more capable.
I am your 1000th subscriber. Good luck!
Thank you very much! It's been a fun road to 1000. Now to 10,000!

And now I know for certain which bag I am gonna get next. Great detailed review!
Great glad I could help!!
This review made me buy the bag, thanks! What is the name of the yellow bag you keep stuff in? I need one of those too.
Awesome video! Are the compression straps removable at all? Unhooking the straps to get into the admin panel seems like it can wear on you over time? Thanks man!
They can be stowed in a small pocket that's super discreet, so honestly even better! Thanks for asking this I completely forgot to go over it.
Thanks for the great review @RMKOutdoors! For commuting, school, and work purposes, do you think that the Osprey Nebula or the Osprey Tropos bag would be better?
Nebula 10000%. And of course, thanks for watching!
@@rmkvisions Thanks so much!
Great review! I've been pondering this bag but the real selling point was you shot the video at South Valley Park! 🤙
You won't regret it, it's an amazing bag. South valley is my go to!
Great review man. Thanks from Russia.
Thanks for watching!
Anyone else see that car vanish at 43 seconds? 🤣
Hey, sick review! Im looking for a new bag for school and I carry my laptop and some extra clothes for the gym and shoes and a basketball, I've fit that all in a bag before but do you think a basketball could fit at the bottom with a laptop in the laptop compartment?
No lol a whole basketball doesn't fit in there (ball with air, with no air for sure!)
@@_pax19_ sorry I realized my wording was weird, I meant a basketball in the main compartment while a laptop is in the laptop compartment
Are you sure about the laptop sleeve? Osprey claims 17” laptops fit

Are you able to zip the laptop compartment halfway down without it unzipping entirely? (For quicker access without laying it flat).
You are yes!
Do you think this bag is big enough for a 2 week holiday?
Perfect review. Thanks, man.
Glad I could help!
Do you think you can fit a roller up hoodie in the front of the mesh pocket ?
The documentation of this bag says that it can fit a 17" laptop is that not true?
Yes it can.

I think it probably would yes. This pack is very spacious!
Have you tried Deuter Giga? Would you like to give comparison review?
osprey nebula vs north face borealis, which one do you prefer?
Osprey Nebula!
Can this bag bring 15,6 inch gaming laptop? Like Acer Predator or another else
Exactly how many 1.5 inch textbooks do you think you could fit into the main compartment?
A lot, This pack can get large. I don't think you will ever have a problem. I'd say 5-6
Hi, Wich one would you choose, this or the 2020 TNF Surge? Thanks in advance.
I think this is my go to now. I have loved using this pack!
@@rmkvisions thanks!!
what color is this backpack ?
Can the outer mesh stretch pocket hold a softshell jacket?
Easily!
This helped a lot😊
Thanks man👍
Glad it helped, Of course!
And I now have got one:-)
I have this backpack, and I agree this is Not a bag to sell ever considering the versatility, space and well divided pockets for everything.
where can i find your bracelet

Hey, which specific North Face backpacks do you think compete with these?
Hey there, I would say the North face Surge backpack would be the closest to this bag. I used to have the surge and it was an amazing bag as well. To be honest I'm not sure which one I like more
Does the surge or this one have more textbook space (width wise)?
good review bro...
Appreciate it!
Is that really a 34oz nalgene? It looks really tall. Asking because I’m looking for a bag that fits a 32oz bottle in the side pockets.
Looked at your video again, you said 40oz I believe. Is it actually 48oz?
Yes it is a 48oz! My bad

lightweight, comfortable, high-quality materials, inconspicuous (looks ordinary, less attractive for thieves)
1000%
This should come with waist belt, mine has it
Yeah they do, I think it's a pretty flimsy one so I typically remove it. Plus on a pack like this I'd rather not have it !
@@rmkvisions ah oke
Try to ask professional to record the video next time. Cant see anything in darkness
Dude, you're in the dark.
