I like how you added other bags for comparison. It would be good to include that the bag also has a hole entry in the back of the bag in case you want to hike with a water bladder.
About the latch point on the front, it is a helmet strap, since many Europeans are cyclists. Or you could put a reflector. It is what i used mine for when i was walking from train to bus, to home and school, before we moved and I had to also secure a car for groceries and what not. Being Autistic I doubt I could live in Copenhagen with all the noise, so we are about 20 miles outside of the city. I love your videos, I love that you are a person of color trying to get into this bag reviews on RUclips. I am a POC from the states myself, but Native. You also show more about how the bag looks on your body, which some reviewers do not even bother with. Now to get you a catch line like Chase has. I support him because he is an Oregonian at heart, my home state.
The main difference between the U.S. version and the European version is the "NEBULA" lettering at the bottom of the pack, below the pig snout. I think that in the U.S. version, the lettering is more rounded, whereas in the European version, the lettering is more pointed and angular. I live in Singapore and I have the all-black Nebula. The lettering on my pack is the same as what you see on yours-- more pointed and angular. From what I see, the other features are the same. Hope that this helps.
So funny I have reviews for all those packs on my channel. In my opinion the Nebula is great all around daily, the Blackhole is best for airline travel and the Refugio is okay but good enough for a simple office/school commute. If I had to pick one it would be the Nebula for the size, comfort and you can airline travel with it, hike with it, or use it for school or work commute and it is practical. I don't think the blackhole has the best materials and I have a feeling that rubberized material on the blackhole would not hold up to time and daily abuse.
@@anonymousGeographer i purchased the bag from REI in USA. It's great! Works well so far with 2L reservoir. Travels extremely nicely with all my electronics gear plus even a yoga mat attached, on the airlines.
Does it seem like the stuff pocket will get stretched out over time? It looks like this compression straps don't keep that open pocket tight as the compression straps did in the older TNF Recon backpacks.
I have a question. I added rear sunblind to e46. It came with single button but i changed it for multiple switches. And it dont want to go fully up. When connected do the battery it works well. Did you had any issiues with yours?
I prefer the Refugio if I don't need the extra space but if I need to haul heavy or bulky items the Nebula wins out. Both make great daily packs but the refugio is more practical due to the dual zipper on the front pocket. Having a single zipper front pocket really makes the Nebula annoying at times when you want to grab quick items and have to look for the zipper which is often behind the compression straps.
OSPREY MAKE VERY GOOD BACK PACK'S. FOR THAT PRICE OR HIGHER I THINK A BACK PACK SHOULD COME WITH LOAD ADJUSTER'S STRAP'S. IT MAKE CARRYING A LOAD SO MUCH BETTER. I ALL SO THINK PEOPLE SHOULD SHOP AROUND WHEN IT COME'S TO AN BACK PACK. SOME DON'T NO KELTY MAKE'S A WELL BUILT BACK PACK AN THEY WERE VERY POPULAR AT ONE TIME AN THEY SEEM TO GO ON SALE MORE THAN OSREY'S

hey! could u share where u got your black nebula? fellow sgporean here too!! :)
Your video persuaded me to get one, hopefully it won’t disappoint.
Enjoy. First thing you will notice is how light the bag is for the amount of space it offers.
Fantastic video! I'm trying to decide between this, refugio and the black hole but I'm leaning towards this one?

@@olaf2046 thanks so much for this reply! It’s really appreciated!
Good review and even better when you get it on sale.
Really awesome video! So is there a new version of Nebula? I saw the one on the website looks different
Great review man!! 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽
This is a nice one, did you have to pay import duties ordering from Europe? I have the Osprey Parsec 26L and it’s been great.
No import duties when ordered thru Amazon. Great bag and the Parsec is a nice one as well. Thanks
Great review. Can you use this with a water reservoir when hiking?
Hi Ryan. I forgot to mention but yes you can. There is a hydration tube spout pass thru under the top handle.
Thank you!
Exactly the question I had. Thanks for asking!

Thats a very informative video. Many thanks. I'm just a bit scared of the colors. Are you ok with those?
Yeah the colors aren't bright or crazy.
@@olaf2046 thank you sir
@@olaf2046 Got mine now. It's awesome. I have had already the osprey farpoint 40. the nebula will be my edc bag. best greetings from germany.

Nice watch!
great review, thank you
Thanks!!,
Great comparisons! What is that north face pack pic? it doesn't look like the recon?
Looks like the prior model Recon.
@@julianpaul680 yes it is the older Recon from 2019
It is a rare white grey color way of the older style 2019 Recon
Tnx bro!
Great review. What is your height?
I am 5 foot 8 inches tall.
Thanks!
Hey do you prefer this or the Refugio?

@@olaf2046 I see thanks. Do you think the front pocket on the Refugio is able to fit two small t-shirts?
Goodb😊 video

My first serious hiking pack was a Kelty in the early 1990s before my parents got me Lowe Contour 95 back in 1996 for my High School senior trip.
