500g of semolina, as written in the description below is more like 3 cups than 1.5 cups. How much semolina did you use? I am asking because it looks like 250g to me.

After adding 1 1/2 cup of flour add more only if required. You should be able to shape it.

I added 1 1/2 cup + 1/2 cup. If you want you can add bit more to get the dough consistency.

Marina 1 cup is roughly 128grams - so a cup and a half will amount to 192grams.
For better taste use ghee instead of butter and oil
