Thats an addon called Doom_cooldownpulse but i can asure you, you will barely notice in while playing 😂
it's funny with these classes you pick in a pug setting. What class can I choose to play to shoot myself in the foot and do the most damage to it as well? I know! DPS DK! I love it, keep going!
