You can see Sharul passion about his work. The info that he possesses on this bike is pure experience. Give that man a raise. Nice representation by Shahrul. But those riders who live in the east side, Dirtwheel Tampines is very well known for a wrong reason for some. Back then during the scrambler craze in 2008 to 2012 I heard so many unpleasant stories by riders who visited the shop. like they seem to be KTM-snob, look down or ignored you if you looks like dont have money kind/young people etc.
checking on their google reviews there seem to be recent unpleasant encountered as well lol. ah well if they can survive this long thats mean the business is good

When I lived in the west, I had been going to Redhill outlet and ALL were (and are still) friendly and knowledgeable. Love every visit during my maintenance and recce.
Until I moved to the east and been facing the Tampines outlet. I've been lucky so far that one Malay technician and counter lady are friendly and helpful.
But overall, Tampines outlet is such a disappointment - its poor "showroom", poor sale EQ and one Chinese dude always at the counter but doesn't even know about the workshop matters.
I might go back to Redhill for my maintenances in future instead of Tampines unless it's urgent.
Yeah, Dirtwheel is inconsistent at best. It’s unfortunate. I’ve got no experience with the West Side branch as the Tampines one has been around for a very long time; but they should be held to similar standards. It’s just a sign of poor management leadership. Nonetheless, Shahrul obviously has good product knowledge and has a balanced conversation. Good on him.
Awesome awesome videos Farhan. This is one of them. Totally enjoyed watching the whole of it. Good tech on ktm bikes. Even the 2A duke 390 is full of it. I think it was not mentioned but that too have the quick shifter.
