The Juliana Hatfield Three was reformed after about two decades of hiatus. With some help from a successful Pledge Music campaign, The JH3 released their first album since 1993’s Become What You Are. Juliana also put some feelers out to fans, seeing if anyone would be interested in seeing them play their debut album live in full. Needless to say, we said Yes!
Juliana: We’re playing the ‘Become What You Are’ album all the way through, start to finish… One of these days… I want to try it… backwards.. lol
There was also a VIP soundcheck for people who contributed to the band through Pledge Music. I was also able to get drummer Todd Philips and bassist Dean Fisher’s autograph after the show, which was nice.

Love this song. Such a great talent. I bought the CD when it first came out in 1995. Juliana's mother Julie was a travel writer for the Boston Globe and she knew my landlord in my Back Bay building very well.
This song is hypnotic....
20 years ago I had a French gal translate this song for me. She looked at me strangely and said it has to do with eating a French danish and asking "how much for your body?" Love the song, and love the black stocking Juliana, they look great on you.
