We have seen O2 sensors cause that, as well as a slew of other codes :( You may want to diag with a scanner and check for live data to see if your O2 is operating correctly or not first.
After replacing the o2 sensor (Downstream specifically), do I need to clear the computer with my OBD2 scanner or anything? Or is it fine to simply replace the sensors and drive off?
I am having hesitations when driving past 3000-4000 rpm and rough start, but I don’t see any lights engine. I looked at the scan tool it says oxygen sensor error is history. Can this mean I need to replace the o2 sensors?
If it is original to your vehicle, and high mileage, it may be a good idea. Depending on your scan tool, you may be able to see live readings from the sensor as well just to confirm if it is working correctly or not.
Hello. The upstream and downstream can be the same sensor, or what is the difference? I mean can I buy 2 exactly same sensor for the up and downstream?
dude.. you are great, I am going to say that you are very important to us... please lose some weight... not being a dick head... but as you know, health is important to living long... so if you can, seek an organic mechanic to guide you along in losing that weight... we need sir... keep up the great work...
Thanks for the great video. I’m going to try replacing the downstream O2 sensor on my 2010 Mini Clubman this week. People who want to loose unwanted weight are having great results by cutting out sugar, carbs, and ultra processed foods. Some try BBB & E (Beef, Bacon, Butter, and Eggs) for 90 days and are happy they did. For more information there is a ton of information in the low-carb community here on RUclips. I recommend Ken Berry, MD’s Channel.
great video and tips but it would have helped telling me how to find the censor under the car. It took me 10 mins to find.
They need a better videographer. Whoever is handling that camera isn’t taking the right shots.
Is this the bank 1 sensor 2 replacment?
Can it trigger P1250 Manifold Absolute Pressure Too High code? I'm chasing it for months!
