That's not really fixing the problem. This is a bypass temporary repair. The issue causing the panel artifact remains unrepaired and will eventually fail the whole of the panel.
Thanks, the real issue is the screen panel is defective, but it’s costly to replace the whole panel but it helps to maximize the purpose of the unit, thanks for watching
@@mr.handiymanphrosetechelectron Hey, fair enough. Yes replacing the panel costs as much as a brand new TV and "Jerry-rigging" the panel to get more life out of it rather than adding to landfill. I know I've Jerry-rigged many an electronic device in my time, some still working after 30 years lol. Thanks for your reply

Overcurrent in VGH due to a panel short, sometimes adding a resistor to stop in rush current or lowering panel voltage VGH to 18V will help without color loss or lines like this repair
